Ich komme seit Jahren in dieses Hotel, aber der Umgang mit den Gästen ist mittlerweile eine absolute Katastrophe.

Mein Mann wartete mit unserem 3 Monate alten Baby, unserem Hund und dem gesamten Gepäck auf dem Parkplatz, während ich schon einmal einchecken und die Zimmerkarte holen wollte. So hätte ich mit Baby und Hund direkt ins Zimmer gehen können, während mein Mann in Ruhe das Gepäck hineingebracht hätte.

Obwohl ich bereits eingecheckt hatte und meinen Ausweis abgegeben hatte, wurde mir die Zimmerkarte nicht ausgehändigt, da der Mitarbeiter darauf bestand, dass ich zuerst bezahle und erst danach die Zimmerkarte erhalte. Da sich das Geld bei meinem Mann befand, musste ich wieder zurück auf den Parkplatz, um es zu holen. Ich empfand dieses Verhalten als völlig respektlos und hatte das Gefühl, als würde man mir unterstellen, ich würde ohne zu bezahlen verschwinden – obwohl ich seit Jahren Gast in diesem Hotel bin.

Als ich darauf angesprochen habe, behauptete der Mitarbeiter, das sei schon immer so gewesen. Das entspricht jedoch überhaupt nicht meinen Erfahrungen aus den vergangenen Jahren.

Leider war auch das Badezimmer bei unserer Ankunft voller Haare und offensichtlich nicht richtig gereinigt. Für mich war dieser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung.

Das Zimmer hatte ein Bad mit Glasscheibe zum Bett. Die WC Tür war nicht schliessbar, der Kühlschrank war warm weil Stromkreis an Zimmerkarte.
Rezeption war nicht immer besetzt, keine Klingel.
