Great location and very friendly staff and clean
Pros:

Burger theory open late and food excellent and service was great. and breakfast waiter very friendly and food great. have been coming down to Columbus for years and feel that we finally found a hotel that we will enjoy coming to.

Very good hotel with great services and great value and location !!
Cons:

One of the staff members at the reception thought that I was an employee of DoorDash when I tried to ask about my booking, even when I mentioned that I had a stay at the hotel and showed them the booking several times. The problem was solved later, but I thought that the staff should be aware of it, as I had mentioned about my stay in an email quite a while before. The hotel should train its staff members in dealing with customers. It was puzzling to me why a staff member at the reception would think that a customer is from DoorDash when they are showing them the hotel booking. I had never experienced such a thing at any hotel before and therefore wanted to share it.

The staff at front desk very polite and helpful


Morning buffet breakfast perfect

Cons:

Was expensive for the size of the room but because of the events for the weekend it was expected and no house keepers for 4 days I was there had to go ask for new towels
