Pros:

No microwave in room. Reason for my stay was husband was hospitalized. Bed & pillows were comfy! Room was clean! Staff was exceptional! Convenient to Grant Hospital. Only regret was not knowing I could have asked for Hospital rate which would have saved me $30 for the 2 nights! Highly recommend if you need lodging while your loved one is hospitalized at Grant Hospital!

Good hotel and great rate for downtown Columbus
Pros:

I was close to my meeting spot. It was clean and the staff was friendly. With NO complaints I was happy.

Overall, I think the place is quite decent for the price.
Pros:

I liked that the parking was free and the guy at the reception desk was very helpful.

Cons:

The manager was a little rude or unapproachable. I didn’t get to use my breakfast tickets because of my schedule and when I tried approaching her regarding that, she dismissed me in an unpleasant manner.

I thought it was a win because I was not mugged and didn’t get bed bugs.
Cons:

Carpet stain in room. Elevator shabby. Towel rack fell apart. Bed looked lumpy but was comfortable. Neighborhood a tad scary.
