Excellent value for money, friendly staff and good breakfast to start the day.
Pros:

Location and rooms were perfect for our requirements.

Cons:

There were a lot of people I’m guessing non-residents hanging about outside the hotel and a strong smell of cannabis.

Pros:

The staff was absolutely fantastic! They made our stay! The hotel was extremely busy with the Jazz festival and they went out of the way to ensure our stay was pleasant! Room was comfortable but small. Bathroom was a decent size and the room was quiet. Good close access to the walled city and the Peace Bridge.

Cons:

The Koboodle Bar was extremely loud! The area is a little run down.

Jazz weekend in Derry
Pros:

Central location, comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Great short stay!
Pros:

Excellent location, very central. Room was really clean, with all the mod cons and bed was very comfortable...had a great night's sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

So disappointed when I went there for four nights
Pros:

The food was lovely

Cons:

The darkness of my bedroom was suspectible. I asked for Fresh towels because I’m staying there for four days. It was an issue. The room was freezing. My daughter got smacked by other kids. That was there. They didn’t help with the car parking. I felt like I was a verbal.

Dårlig lugt
Cons:

Kloak var desværre ikke stykker på badeværelset, så der lugtede frygteligt. Vi var der kun en nat, så meddeler det først ved afgang, så hotellet havde ikke en chance for at udbedre det under vores ophold. Men forhåbentlig til de næste gæster. Ellers var alt andet rigtig fint.
