Pros:

The check in staff were amazing. We requested rooms on the same floor that they didn't receive but were readily available to change the rooms to suit. They explained where the local food and beverage places were. The rooms came with complimentary breakfast as well. They even had a deal with reduced parking across the road in the security parking facility which was amazing.

Es hat im Bad so gestunken, dass wir zum Schlafen die Badezimmertür schliessen mussten.
Der Zimmerservice hat nur 1Bett aufgebettet.
Der Tisch im Zimmer hatte ein abgebrochenes Stück.

Extremely happy about our stay. Would have no hesitation in booking again
Pros:

Location and attention to detail. Lovely staff and always a great help.

Cons:

I would have preferred a proper bed for the room as opposed to the sofa bed for our 3rd guest. It just made the room very cramped. It however was perfectly acceptable as we only stayed for one night.

Pros:

Staff friendly, rooms clean and a lovely breakfast. Location was very near peace bridge and guildhall, there was quite a few drunk and people on drugs wandering around location, shouting around 5am.
