Pros:

Everything in the room a guest would need, was there,room was fresh and not overpowering with cleaning products or other artificial air fresheners.

Lovely hotel, perfectly situated
Pros:

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Front bar was lovely. Adjoining bar was brilliant. The room was really great - spacious and every amenity that you would need. The heated mirror in bathroom was a lovely touch. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
Loads of power sockets. Great toiletries provided as well. Breakfast buffet was very good. Great selection for everyone.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff and facililies were great. Comfortable room.

Cons:

The room did not ever get cleaned well. The bed was left unmade and dirty cups and glasses were not removed or cleaned. This was not a single incident as we stayed for 4 nights and the room was left like this every day. We did alert the front desk staff and they were apologetic and arranged for our bed to be made and dirty dishes removed. All the staff were lovely. The housekeeping was the only issue.

Pros:

The staff, the breakfast very good. The room clean tidy and comfortable, unfortunately we where above a fan that was extremely loud with our window open, which meant we had to keep closed...still noisy but also humid.
