Lovely stay in a great location
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, good selection. Lobby was nice and laid back. Air conditioning in room was a welcome bonus. Overall, hotel was clean and felt safe.

Cons:

Would be nice if the car parking had been subsidised a bit more. Maybe provide more than two sachets of coffee.

Great location for a short city break.
Pros:

Very convenient location for exploring the city - short walk to all the points of interest, restaurants and bars. Breakfast buffet was small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Bedrooms were very clean and beds were comfortable.

Derry visit
Pros:

Location, and general feeling of the hotel. Also the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The air condition in the room came on and off in short blasts. Which made the room quiet then noisy.
It disturbed the sleep, so switched it off

Good central location offering good value accommodation.
Pros:

Breakfast was good with a decent selection of food and drink. Plenty of space in the dining area and tables are cleared fairly regularly.

Cons:

Cutlery needs to be restocked more frequently. On both mornings we had to ask staff for knives.

Super value hitel
Pros:

Great welcome upon check in. Perfect location in city centre with public car park directly opposite.
Great ensuite shower room. Dove toiletries was a super touch. Comfortable beds with luxurious bedding.
Breakfast was included in our rate. It was wide ranging and plentiful.

Cons:

In Ireland and no soda bread at breakfast???? No!

Die Lage war ok.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Überforderte Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück und viel zu wenig Sitzplätze. Mehr Sauberkeit würde den Zimmern gut tun.
