Clean facilities. Staff helped us get utensils after checking in late. Lots of parking and they made sure to ask if we needed an airport shuttle.
I really like this hotel. The front rest guy that wears the glasses... I think his name is Wynn or something like that is AMAZING!!! I've been at least twice a month since they have reopened and he knows me my name. He remembers why I was there previously and always makes me feel welcome. This past weekend there was a black male with dreads and he was professional also. He was being trained by Wynn.... and although housekeeping was busy and rooms were not ready they both were professional and went above and beyond to take care of me and other guests. The rooms are ALWAYS clean. The staff I've encountered are nice. The only issue I have is when I request a late check out. It is written down by the day/or night shift at check in written down on a list yet I still get a knock on my door at 11 saying it wasn't listed. This is the only reason I don't give a 5 star rating. My room has NEVER been available at the 3 o'clock check in time and when I request 12 o'clock check out instead of the normal 11 o'clock check out.. housekeeping is knocking on my door. If a room is not ready at 3:00 check in then a good business practice would be to extend the check out time. The staff on Sunday during checkout is not as friendly or professional as Wynn.... I will continue to stay here and would recommend it to my friends and family. Bring the popcorn machine back and add bacon to the breakfast bar. ... clean, safe, quiet place to stay.
The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located near really good food places and only 6 minutes from the airport. The front desk clerk named Arias went above and beyond during our stay. He made sure we could check in early and that our room was up to standard. He was very polite and courteous. The whole front desk was super nice greeting us everytime we came in and out.

The ceiling in the room was stained in quite a few places, probably water leaks. The carpet tiling around the bed was lifting off the floor.
We were awakened by dogs barking around 8 a.m. Apparently left unattended overnight by the owners. They were called and said they would return in 10 minutes. Only for them to sneak in the room, take the dogs and leave.
Another "guest" had two dogs with him and was walking around the food area with them, oblivious to other guests. Not very hygienic in my opinion and as "usual" some guests still wearing night attire in the food and dining areas.
We had not been at this hotel for almost two years, because the last time, the hotel was undergoing "major' refurbishment and the whole area was like a construction site. Nothing was sectioned off, to minimize the dust and dirt, which was everywhere. We had used this hotel many times before this and decided to try once again, hoping things had improved. I am a Wyndham Rewards member but will not be using this hotel again.
I doubt very much will be done to rectify the problems, except for the usual apologetic platitudes one usually receives in cases like this and my time has probably been wasted writing this.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Steve and Sam at the desk were very helpful and friendly. I would 100% stay here again
