Nice room
They are remodeling right now so some stuff not working like ice machine but overall no problems
Can’t say I liked anything.
Remodeling. I wasn’t told this before booking. Had a nice room but had to switch. Tv didn’t work. Next room the shower doors wouldn’t stay closed. Won’t be back.
Everything
Nothing
Everything was perfect except the power went out. And the last three days of my stay I had no heat. But I enjoyed this hotel and I'll be back
No heat the last 3 days. Couldn't help the power went out. That's all
Tienen personal con capacidad de manejar varios idiomas eso es muy importante gracias!
Even though the power was out. I didn't get to watch TV that the TV was out. My room was still comfortably okay. The service I received here was great. We pulled together as a family through this storm. And this helped each other out until the power came back on. Overall I love this place and I will consistently get it every other weekend until I figure something out
That the power was off and the TV was off and the heat was off. But was nothing can be done because power was everywhere off everywhere. Still it was lovable
Good breakfast included
Major construction
Nothing. Terrible experience.
The electric saw right outside room. Nails and screws on floor. A/C wouldn’t turn on, no water and the noise. I had just had surgery and needed rest, it was terrible. I went and told the clerk there was no way I could stay there, and all he would say was still have to pay.
I asked to speak to a manager, she came out and said she could put us on the first floor. So I’m wondering why that wasn’t offered in the beginning why would you put anyone in a room where there is construction right outside your door and you’re stepping all over Nails and screws and sawdust and crap. So we moved down to the second floor and still no water. We go and ask about the water and tell them our dog needs water in the clerk actually handed us a half empty bottle of water that he was drinking out of. That is so gross and disgusting. So we say when will the water be back on and we’re told not until the construction crew leaves. So what time is that, 6:30 or seven. Well it was 7 PM when they finally turned the water back on. I’m pretty sure that if the Health Dept was contacted that would be a big no-no and I’m also sure that if OSHA was contacted, there would be no guest on a construction floor, especially with an electric saw sitting right outside their door. This was by far the worst experience I have ever, ever received in a hotel.
This location is close to the airport.
The hotel is under construction. No hot water, no wi-fi. The halls look like the zombie apocalypse is happening. The showers run all night and the staff said that is because there are no gaskets in them.
Nothing really.
The hotel was under construction. Our room was old with nasty carpet and smelled bad. The bathroom was subpar. Not at all worth what was charged.
That I had a roof over my head
That my sleep was interrupted from 7am-8am with a staff member yelling at me that my room had been checked out. Which it had not.
Absolutely nothing!
It is under construction and nasty. A/C is not cooling the room. Shower barely put out water and then it pooled in tub instead of draining correctly. Needs to close until the repairs are done!
This hotel should be closed until they finish renovating the place. Literally the AC didn’t work. The floors were dirty. The toilet was clogged.
The staff was apologetic. It’s not their fault.
Good breakfast, after our first day.
The hotel is under construction. The carpets throughout are filthy. We should have been told when we booked that the hotel was under construction. The pool was closed as was the workout room. The first day, they closed the breakfast early and had everything put away and cleaned by the time we got there, 10 minutes before shut down time.
I did not stay here - waiting for refund - they had no working air conditioner so rooms were like 90 degrees
