Clean very pleasant staff
Barking dog in room on 4th floor late at night I belive unattended
Newly renovated.
No upholstered casual chairs or sofa in the room made it feel unfinished.
Close to places we wanted to visit… easy on-off highways.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
That every single time we wanted to get into our room we had to have our key reset at the front desk. The remodels were done extremely cheap. I even was stuck in the shower because the sliding door was installed incorrectly.

It could have been cleaned in the elevator, front door squeaks and my door did the same thing. Other than that the stay was decent..
This hotel is completely misrepresented in its online photos. I did not stay in this room as it was unfit and unsafe for a child to sleep in. I requested a full refund and booking.com is refusing to help me complete it. This listing should be taken down or forced to represent itself with accurate photos.
It's a scam to misrepresent the property to look clean and nice, when in actuality it is rundown and the room numbers are spray painted on the walls. It was so terrifying we didn't even open the hotel room door. Booking.com should require accurate photos for this property and refund my purchase.
Update: this property is refusing to refund my purchase, claiming that I stayed in the room when I did not. Booking.com is not helping me get my money back.
