The location and conected rooms
Very uncomfortable beds, the room smelled bad, the breakfast was just sad, the breakfast room was not centeraly located and we were very far from it. There was old water damage, bubbled wall, all across the heating unit. Should have been fixed. Toilet flushed extremly slow
I requested a special needs bedroom due my mother is an elderly person and the bathroom was safety proof. It even offer a chair for the shower. So gratefully for that.
Breakfast closed at 9:00 am but on a Sunday? Personnel at the Breakfast was great, just the time I suggest a bit longer on a Sunday.

Everything - the room, the towels, the lobby, the breakfast room - was very clean.
The exterior was well maintained too.
Three things.
1. I would like to suggest using Closed Captions (CC) instead of sound in the lobby and breakfast room. The TV was on in the lobby when I checked in but no sound or CC so it was rather pointless.
2. Also, is there another channel that could be on in the breakfast room? It was obvious to me that several groups (3 that I noticed) were uncomfortable with the channel that was on (Fox News). It didn't help the comfort level that the sound was on.
3. Please move the outdoor pest control boxes away from the windows. I had a lovely view of the yard outside my room. It would have been more pleasent if a pest control box hadn't been so visable - right outside in the middle of the window base. Moving it over 6 feet would put it between rooms where it could not be seen from the inside. It would be 'hidden' by the wall and still be effective.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom well stocked. Mini fridge & microwave.
Funny noises in the night. It might have been the heating unit or some one moving a chair upstairs. Maybe it was a ghost. The breakfast was ok. Lots of carbs and processed eggs and sausage.
The bed was comfortable. The TV was easy to figure out. The location was right off the highway, so convenient. The shower head offered a good shower. The heater/AC worked well and had a constant fan feature that was nice for white noise. The Coffee at breakfast was good, and even offered my French vanilla creamer that I love.
The bathroom floor wasn't particularly clean. The tub was not great to get in and out of the shower. The building had a bit of a strange odor. Breakfast wasn't great, but the coffee was good.
