Too many stairs the parking is all over the other side of the city .
The parking they announce it as it’s close but it’s not. Hard to locate the building , however they do use what’s up to communicate.

Solo la gente local lo ubica fácilmente y es quien te da indicaciones para llegar.

The place is gorgeous! the view from our room was spectacular, even better the from the pipila, the staff was super helpful and kind, the only thing is that you'll do a lot of stairs, so keep it in mind in case you have big luggage, and the wifi in our room didn't really work wich is fine with us.

The rooms and the view of the city is beautiful. The staff are also very helpful and understanding, specially a young gentleman that works over night. We had a medical emergency and he was absolutely helpful and attentive. We were allowed to check in before time and check out was completely smooth. They have breakfast service and the food is cooked on the spot. We ate having an amazing view of the city and prices are very reasonable.
There are three different properties under the same name. We had originally booked at traditional, but it does not have private parking. We were sent to park at Suites which is about a 10 minutes car ride and impossible to walk to Traditional carrying luggage. We ended up changing the reservation to Suites and paid almost 40 percent more than what I had originally paid. However, the view and tranquility was absolutely worth it. We walked to the historic center of the city (12 minutes walk) and took a taxi to go back up to the hotel at night.
The location is very good. The view is simply amazing!
The stairs were not a problem to me but should be clearly described on the site and were not. The room's floor was very very dusty, although this seems to be an issue overall in Mexico. The bed was broken on one part and was uncomfortable.
Muy difícil llegar al hotel ya que no hay ningún señalamiento de que hay un hotel en esa zona pero de servicio y alojamiento excelente, no recomendable para personas discapacitadas o adultos mayores ya que es mucha subida para llegar al hotel, eso sí ofrece una excelente vista a la zona.

Amenities like soap and shampoo were weird, smelled odd and unpleasant to use.
What breakfast? Lol just on the go coffee was available in a hallway!

Fue genial la estancia, además de una hermosa vista a la ciudad. La recepcionista era sumamente amable y muy cordial!
Aunque tuvimos que irnos antes por causas de fuerza mayor, la verdad es que no dudo que la estancia habria Sido muy agradable toda la noche, la terraza era preciosa, de noche es una vista preciosa!
