Frokosten var av café-kvalitet. Beliggenheten var i nærheten av absolutt alt man trenger i et rolig nabolag. Rommene var store med et veldig stort og luksuriøst bad. Fant umiddelbart roen etter en lang flytur.

Beautiful room and welcoming staff. I had to check out before the breakfast service had started and they organised for an amazing breakfast from a café that opened early.
Property in a safe neighborhood with many restaurants, the street a bit noisy, but could sleep well. Cosy room, good size bathroom with toiletries. Breakfast included with orange juice, to choose among 3 choices of bread and coffee milk, cappuccino or espresso. Erika was always helpful with service and tourist information.
Nothing really that I didn’t like, but it was unexpected to share the breakfast place with parents and their kids because it’s a family coffee with toys for entertainment.

Erika made our stay in Lima unforgettable. The place was extremely clean, cosy and ideally located.
Erika the host was amazing, really welcoming, friendly and advised us on where to go etc. Breakfast is very nice outside in small garden area. Location is great, quiet at night. Nice to stay in a traditional Quinta building.

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem. Set in an early 20th-century house, it beautifully combines history with modern comfort. With only a few rooms, the atmosphere feels intimate and personal — more like staying at a friend’s charming home than at a hotel.
The staff are simply wonderful: attentive, genuine, and caring in every detail. You can feel the love and thoughtfulness in everything — from breakfast to the small touches in the room. It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience filled with warmth and heart.

Splendida struttura in Miraflores. Non solo è dotata di ogni comfort, ma sia le parti comuni che la camera sono deliziose e curate in ogni minimo dettaglio. La colazione preparata sul momento è servita all’esterno in un luogo accogliente e originale. Ciò che rende il luogo perfetto però è la presenza di Erika: una persona unica, squisita, che ci ha fornito ogni tipo di indicazione e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Sia che Lima sia la prima tappa del vostro viaggio sia che sia l’ultima non possiamo che consigliare questa struttura per rendere il vostro viaggio unico.

This is a small hotel, more like a bed a breakfast. The manager/hostess really makes you feel welcome. The rooms are not cookie-cutter style, which I like. The breakfast was excellent, with very fresh fruit and wonderful avocado toast served.
I liked everything about this hotel, but some might want a more modern accommodation. Note that the hotel is not accessible for people who cannot climb stairs.
Erika is the best host ever. She ecplains everything. Is helpfull. Gives you advise and help with trips and tips where to go. Exceptionel +++
