El servicio de restaurante es muy deficiente, para que te atiendan, ha que moverse a buscar al personal y tienes que pedirle todo, vaya, la mesa no servilletas tenían.
La atención en recepción es aceptable.
Considero que se confunde el ambiente rústico/colonial ya que en la habitación, el colchón estuvo bastante incómodo.
Estuve esperando a la gerente para tratar un tema del cobro, pero nunca llegó a pesar de que habíamos acordado una hora específica.
Esperaré que no me aparezca en mí TC cobro doble. En cuyo caso, procederé legalmente.

The view is beautiful from the room but I have to update my reservation because the room wasn’t available at 3:30 pm so I have to pay extra fee in order to have a room right away. Bathroom in bad conditions and old. Walking distance from hotel to teatro Juárez and Center is not 5 minutes, it took us 15 minutes, they need to be honest on that information.

Solo que hacía falta papel de baño, no dieron indicaciones para que uno llevará el suyo y al ir a recepción no había quien atendiera... No tuvieron cambio u.u
