Incredible staff (helped us with bags exchanges), nice food, the sauna area was superb and also the beds very comfy! Shuttle service to the ski cable car was a plus!

A perfect spot for a fun and relaxing family break.
Pros:

We stayed for one night in June and had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The kids club was fantastic, with a big outdoor playground and plenty of fun activities to keep children entertained and happy. The swimming pool was clean and great for families, and the whole hotel was tidy and well looked after. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

Cons:

We were taking holidays in Tirol several times, last 2 times we were at Hotel Löwe and Hotel Laurentius. So we came to Laderhof with the same expectation, as it was advertised as kidshotel and as 4 start hotel. The price was 4 star with full pension, however the lunch is really poor, mainly leftover from the breakfast and coffee were not even included. facilities in the room is really basic and old, no drinking bar, no tea or coffee bags, no bath room kits, fridge is same temperture as room. it's clean, but sink is blocked and safe wasn't working. we reported the issue, but the solution offered is to store our valuable things at the reception. kids club is tiny, swimming pool water is not clean.

We had a great stay at the hotel - expectations exceeded.
Pros:

Friendly staff go above and beyond. I love the fact that the owners are so involved and personally handling our questions, needs etc; Great food; Smooth transfer to the skiing area;
Hotel is small enough so that everything was within a few steps. Really nice sauna area; Nice playground outside.
Indoor playground (kids club) really nice and sufficient to get the energy out of kids before sleep.^
Access to ski depot right at the main ski lift - very convenient.

Cons:

I'd suggest more veggies for kids buffet.
Would be great if sauna space is closer to the pool and we don't have to pass the bar on our way to the pool. On the other hand, it's not a big deal, as the atmosphere at the hotel is like home.
