EXPEDIA SHOWED A FAKE PICTURE OF THE ROOM WE EXPECTED TO RESERVE (ANOTHER HIGHER COST ROOM WAS SHOWN). WE ENDED UP IN A ROOM ALMOST THE SIZE OF A CLOSET WITH ALMOST NO SPACE TO MOVE AND NO PLACE FOR YOUR BAGS. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH EXPEDIA AND THE FALSE INFORMATION. THEROOM WAS BARELY ABLE TO ACCOMIDATE 1 PERSON. DO NOT SELECT THE Economy Double Room.

Pros:

Прекрасное место расположения отеля - самый главный плюс. Шаговая доступность до всех достопримечательностей, метро. Комната очень маленькая ( только переночевать) кровать заявлена king size, по факту просто сдвинуты две кровати и подход только с одной стороны, не удобно. В номере чисто, есть тапочки.

Nice, but tinyest room ever

I think this must have been the smallest hotelroom I have ever seen. It was supposed to be 14 m2, but according to my calculations it was about 5 m2. My suitcase had to be placed in front of the door, so when I was to go out I had to remove it.
Fortunately it was also the cleanest hotelroom I have ever seen. Bed also good, and good wifi in the room (no. 333).
The hotel was a bit hard to find, my local taxi driver had a hard time finding it. You have to go from Nevsky prospekt 32 and through an arch to a backyard.
The location in the city was very good. I would stay there again, despite the room size.

Pros:

The restroom in room 118 was ridiculously tiny; it would be ok for pre-schoolers but not for grown adults.
The cafeteria or dining room was very congested, people were inclined to bump into each other almost; it should have been much bigger. You could overcome this issue by having definite sittings.
Needs to be addressed.

넵스키 대로와 지하철역에 인접해서 어디로 이동하던 편하게 이동 가능합니다. 숙소도 조용하고 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되었습니다. 호텔에서 가까운 지하철역 입구에 큰 슈퍼가 있어서 각종 음식물(초밥과 라면도 있어요)을 구입하실수 있고, 인근에 한국식당과 조지아식 식당 등이 있어서 좋았습니다.

The location of the hotel is good and near the main street.

However, it takes us a long time to check in, more than 1 hour. I really don't understand why. The counter had 2 staff but only 1 young man did all the things for customers.

The twin room we booked is extremely small that 2 baggage could not be opened inside the room. The size is unbelievably small. I have been to Japan many times and the room size in Japan is well known to be quite small but it still can house 2 opened baggage.

One thing I want to show appreciation is the young man serving at the counter. He has high EQ. He tries his best to solve our problems. On the same night, there were many customers having problems with their rooms. Only he really tried to work out the solutions for solving them all. However, the female staff working with him did nothing. Whenever we asked her questions, she couldn't help anything, but just referring us to this young man. So, that is why it took us more than 1 hour to finish our checking-in procedures as he really could not handle so many cases at one time. As far as i know, he was at least 1 hour late after his normal working hour.

So, please value this staff which is an asset to your hotel.

Sehr gute Lage. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuss erreicht werden. Eine Metrostation ist gleich um die Ecke.
Die Zimmer sind leider ziemlich hellhörig und es gibt keine Klimaanlage.

Chambre au sous sol avec simplement sorte de lucarne pour laisser entrer un soupçon de jour
Chambre mitoyenne de la lingerie avec des draps sales étalés dans le couloir d’ou on ne peut sortir qu’en navigant entre balais bassines aspirateurs et autre et ce toute la journée A 18 heures le ménage n’etait toujours pas fait dans notre chambre
Chambre située dans une aile en plein travaux avec bruits de perceuses marteau Etc ..prix de la chambre 138 € !!! Cet hôtel semble privilégier les groupes et ignore les individuels

Pros:

Excellent location, near Nevski Prospekt and metro station, still quiet room. Good breakfast but they didn't have any gluten-free bread or cereals, even if I was asking them 2 weeks beforehand. Friendly staff and clean room.
