Pros:

The staff is exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The employees are very polite and made sure necessary accommodations were made, since I was visiting with my parents for their treatment. Additionally, they were kind and flexible enough to adjust our reservation not once, but twice. Now that’s rare! Also, our 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, spotless, packed with amenities and provided a stellar view of the city.
