Very friendly staff. They are the plus point of this hotel. Abu and Rocky at the reception provide excellent customer service.

The Resturants around the hotels but it’s not hotels fault .

For the purpose we were there the location was great. The staff made the difference in our long stay

we had an exceptional experience.

The staff were absolutely amazing. A special mention to Front Desk — Abu, Roxy, and the two ladies — for their warmth and professionalism. Check-in was seamless. Even though we arrived in the early morning hours, they accommodated us with early check-in and we didn’t have to wait with our luggage.

Room service was outstanding. The rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every single day. From the kitchen staff to room service and laundry, every department was excellent.

Overall, the service, comfort, and hospitality made this truly value for money. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The sidewalks and streets around the Hotel area was unpleasant if one was to walk. Also no good places in the area for a good cafe or dinning.

overall stay was manageable but it was not a quiet place and construction sound was irritating!!

I booked 3 person deluxe big room. it was very noisy in the hotel due to some construction works in the hotel which was very annoying !! also you will hear outside vehicle sound from roads. Therefore, if you want a quiet room then dont expect that. food option was very poor!! no restaurant where you can sit and eat. dont include food option in your booking because buffet food delivered in room was not at all good!!

Overall it was great, we could get our work done at NIMHANS, staff is really good. Combo meals good.
Pros:

I travelled with my husband and five month old son. The staff is really sensitive and well trained. They do an excellent job. I found the location excellent, the room was also good with a comfortable bed where all three could sleep comfortably. The washroom etc was also very clean. For anybody having work at NIMHANS or KIDWAI, it is a walkable distance.

Cons:

The only thing we felt was a lack of an open shelf or table to keep our infants' stuff, toiletries and books. As students or researchers we needed a space to keep our laptop and do some work.
