I have written a personal mail to the General Manager explaining the issues
It was definitely very clean and nice, staff was very helpful ,always attentive to our need and comfort. The best part was the peaceful quite all around.breakfast buffet was good. The only negative thing about this place was the lunch and dinner option ,extremely overpriced ,limited choice.the food was not up to my expectation in such a beautiful place.Thank you
It’s Disappointing and It’s not money worthy.
Everything was perfect and worth the money!
This is a great concept, it has been modelled on the beach resorts you get in South East Asia and the Caribbean.
However...
The execution is sadly lacking. The resort was run down looking like it had not been maintained the staff appeared un-trained in customer service. From the moment we arrived the reception staff were the most unfriendly I have come across in years of hotel stays. They would have been better employed as the prison officer who greets new inmates!
When we were shown to our rooms there was none of the usual explanation about the rooms or the hotel. It was literally a drop and run. We had to find the mosquito nets ourselves and fit them, fortunately we knew how to do this from prior trips abroad.
The rooms are secured by wooden bolts and large padlocks. The only problem was we weren't told about this or given a key until we called room service to ask. It then transpired that the only set of keys for the padlock was the set given to us so the following day room service could not go into our room. Again no one told us about this.
Overnight one of the aircon units leaked all over the floor resulting in a very large puddle. My son promptly slipped over on his way to the bathroom, getting more airborne than an olympic high jumper, something that might have been amusing had it not been for the solid floor he then came crashing down on.
Breakfast was shared with feral cats and dogs who tried to steal food from my 3 year old.
The place is ok but definitely not worth the price. For the price one expects top service and excellent cleanliness.
