Cons:

Free parking or parking validation should come with the price of the room.
There was 3 blood stained spots on the sheet on the bed when I initially got there.

Pros:

I/we were greatly impressed with the hotel itself. It was clean and impressive, and the agent was helpful as well. When we first checked in, we were assigned a very, very small room. When I inquired with the agent, it was described as a "typical big-city hotel room." We could not open the refrigerator door. The agent understood and moved us to another much larger room, at no additional cost. I love the interior of this place, but I worry about parking access in downtown Dallas. The breakfast was well done, and this location reflected well on the Holiday Inn brand, except for the parking.

Cons:

If I had known before booking this hotel offered no parking, I would have booked elsewhere. The agent was helpful in describing where to park, but not on the hotel property. I found this to be disappointing.

El hotel estaba limpio y la habitación cómoda, la ubicación terminó siendo un poco inconveniente para mí, resultó estar más lejos de lo que marcaba el mapa de lo que quería ver

Cons:

La falta de claridad del personal al hacer registro en el hotel, solicitaron un depósito extra al de la reservación diciendo que esté sería devuelto al final de la estancia y bueno en la página no lo mencionaba y al final se lo terminaron quedando porque según ellos era por haber tomado bebidas de la estación de café, y solo fue agua, no considere que fuera justo el precio, en fin.
El wifi también fue muy malo y para mí era indispensable, y al solicitar ayuda para que se solucionará no la obtuve, no me sentí bien recibido.

It was a good adventure to Dallas.
Pros:

Clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Ice machine on our floor was out of order, had to go to another floor for ice. Room was small and cramped.

The reception all the time is close I don't can enter for the check in ... And the cortins is translucently, all the time lights outside in my room I don't can't sleep

Great location super clean friendly staff love the security only guests are allowed in

Cons:

The only thing and they cannot change it so I'm not faulting them for it it's just a little tight in the rooms. But it's typical for a Downtown hotel
