Parking good safe area.
The first room I checked into has a bed bug right on the pillow and trash on the floor. I was able to check into a room on the 4th floor and it was completely different it looked like I went to a completely different hotel.

My issues were that I thought breakfast was so limited compared to other hotels. My room key stopped working each night after first night. Ony 1 working elevator
Expedia booked the wrong night for me....I wasn't coming in until Monday....this was Expedias fault because of the default settings on your booking page
I contacted Expedia and was assured it would be handled and I even ok'd paying a higher rate to get the date changed....Never heard back after being assured I would get a phone call saying the issue had been corrected. So I booked 2 notes at another hotel
Room was nice, clean and quiet. We had a great stay.
Coffee maker did not work. Bathroom sink stopper, likewise. Dead fly on the bathroom foor.

The room itself was clean but the carpets in the hallways was very dirty. The smell of the motel overall was very stale and musty . No microwave or refrigerator in the room,l. Not sure If I’ll stay @ this motel again. Unless it’s a have tooll
We stayed in one of the unrenovated rooms.
Several bugs. Ceiling needed redone from leaks from room above. Carpet felt gross. Bed was an old motel bed. Not the worst, but definitely not the best.
Oh, someone missed out on their “party” because we found a bag of weed in the parking lot which we trashed.
There was a girl at the front that was very rude from over the phone to checkin in., she wouldn’t give me her name and finally said Uvia which I think was a lie she was Not attentive at all and the rooms were dirty and smelly. Upside it’s in a decent area and breakfast was good. But the front staff definitely all look miserable and like they hate their jobs. Wouldn’t come back to this hotel. It’s a shame for it being my first time in Dallas. Very disappointed

The hallways smelled bad, like humidity and something stale. There was bad patch work on the walls of my room. The staff member that checked me in did not communicate or explained anything, just handed me a paper to sign, I had to ask what it was for. The person that checked me out was nicer but there was not much interaction.
Their breakfast was really good and the room was very clean.
I never got my deposit back

Well the reservation was not what the description says I was Charged with a high deposit and I reserved With a card they did not accept. Without any notice of these issues I was Forced to have my someone else pay it. These things are important to mention like $100 deposit and no cash accepted along with all debit cards not accepted.
Definitely worth the upgrade to “deluxe” room. 4th floor room that’s newly renovated. Room did not have a fridge. Would stay again for price and location
