Always a lovely stay at Hotel West
Pros:

This is my secons stay here and I have used the sauna both times! It's so beautiful. The hotel is placed very convenient and close to everything. The staff is so kind and helpful with everything I needed. There was a storm when I was there and the owner was so kind to drive me to the restaurant so I didn't have to walk in the storm. He was easy to reach whenever I had a question and also offered me breakfast and later check out when I needed it. I also got to use the trust based bar, which, which is cute. And I got to check out the new pub in town.

Cons:

The sound can carry a little bit into the room. But it didn't bother me.

Gerne immer wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel West liegt direkt an der "Hauptstraße" in Patreksfjördur. Vom Zimmer hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Beim Einchecken wurden unsere Schüssel mit einem Anschreiben an der Rezeption hinterlegt. Das macht die Anreise echt stressfrei weil sich kein Zeitdruck entwickelt noch rechtzeitig vor Ort sein zu müssen. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls ausreichend. Vom Hotel aus benötigt man zwischen 15 Minuten und etwas über einer Stunde um die Sehenswürdigkeiten in dieser Ecke zu besuchen. Meinen Gästen hat das Hotel gut gefallen und wenn ich mal wieder in dieser Ecke bin übernachte ich gerne wieder hier.

Nice litle hotel with friendly environment.
Pros:

How friendly the staff was. It was self service at the bar so it was wery easy to get what you want, when you wanted it. Ter room was nice and wery clean.
