Pros:

Modern facilities and very comfortable

Cons:

Checkin procedure for townhouse is difficult as one has to go to the main property area to checking. Folks without a car and luggage have to plan accordingly.
Need better lighting near cupboard area. One of the lights wasn't working and could not be repaired.

Fun but would change next time
Pros:

Location was great but too much tech & not do much on service

Cons:

Asked for room service - sugars not replaced
Room much smaller than shown!
If had time over again would stay in hotel.
Too many gadgets, looks good but not practical

Pros:

The room was astonishing. Best i ever stayed in Ireland. The breakfast was decent but I prefer buffet rather than ordering food from menu. Overall I enjoyed the stay

Cons:

I think the buffet would be better used for breakfast, since the menu doesn’t provide much choice. You are very limited in ordering

A great stay, beds, shower & breakfast all very good - didn't have time to use the lovely bicycles
Pros:

Room was spacious and nicely decorated.
Shower, gel and scents were lovely.
Easy, lovely walk to centre of Killarney.

Townhouse - 1 night
Pros:

Location was very central & easy to find. Entrance to the townhouse was very welcoming & the room was beautifully furnished. Free snacks & drinks in the mini bar was a very nice touch plus the air con was an added bonus.

Cons:

Im sorry to say it, but the bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. Neither of us slept well.

Das Duschmittel und die Bodylotion waren sehr fein.

Cons:

Die Aussicht an die nächste Hauswand aber wir haben ja auch nicht mit Seeblick gebucht.
