Loved it
Pros:

The hotel was very lovely from the inside with modern interior. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We travelled with a 10 months baby and they even sterilised his bottles

Despite the issues with room allocation, privacy, and cleanliness, the great location, friendly staff, and overall comfo
Pros:

The property is ideally located, just a short walk from the town centre. The staff were very friendly and the cocktails were excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room had a large smart TV.

Cons:

After checking in, we went to our room only to find it was already occupied. We returned to reception and were given another room, which was also occupied. A short time later, we were assigned a third room. We had just entered when a woman suddenly came through the door while I was getting changed.

The room had recently been renovated and appeared unfinished. Although it was visually appealing, I have asthma and unfortunately allergic to dust and the room had not been properly cleaned, which triggered an allergic reaction. There was a noticeable layer of dust on the carpet.

Pros:

The Hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. It was raining the day we arrived so we spent the afternoon having lunch and wine in Wigg's lounge. It was also enjoyable to have a drink in the residence lounge in the evening. The staff were fantastic.

Cons:

The food in Wigg's was all great quality and good value for money, however the menu was the same menu both for lunch and dinner. Therefore we dined out for lunch & dinner the second day. As it was both Mother's Day & St Patrick's weekend, we had expected some music in the bar or lounge, however there was none.

The hotel has been refurbished recently. The hotel is modern. Lovely outside area. Comfy bed. Small walk into the town center. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Would recommend a stay here.
