Looks good but impractical in design for its purpose
Pros:

Immaculately decorated (albeit sometimes not workable). Short walk to Killarney. Nice bathroom

Cons:

Bedding was too heavy and uncomfortable pillows. Bed was too hard. Cupboard doors opened wrong way. One furthest from the door closed and opened into the wall so you couldn’t get in cupboard easy. Other cupboard was behind the entrance door so hit the opening mechanism on door every time. Tv was to the side of the room not in front of bed. No usable mirror in bedroom only one at knee height. Had to lug heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs . Room very hot but air con could not be adjusted in room had to ring reception. Boxes on side of bed held tea coffee but nowhere else to put stuff so had to put on top and keep moving around - nowhere else in room to put anything

Pros:

Fabulous our only regret was booking for one night! We stayed in the townhouse I'd recommend staying in the main hotel purely because the bar and lounge was very cosy

The staff were lovely and our room was gorgeous. We stayed in the town house and the marble bathroom was beautiful.

Cons:

They forgot to re stock the shampoo in the bathroom but thankfully we had brought our own. No big issue though.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Randles Hotel in Killarney. Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine hervorragende Ausstattung: sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, bequeme Betten, hochwertige Bäder und insgesamt ein stilvolles Ambiente. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Nationalpark.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Kombination aus klassischem Charme und modernem Komfort. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und wir haben uns insgesamt ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt.

Insgesamt ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, das wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Klare 5 Sterne! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

Der Empfang war leider nicht ganz auf dem Niveau des übrigen Hauses. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte etwas reserviert und hätte etwas herzlicher und aufmerksamer sein können. Das war aber nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt in einem ansonsten sehr gelungenen Aufenthalt.

A fantastic stay at a fantastic price.
Pros:

The room was very posh and the price was crazy low. The staff at the check in desk and bar were so accommodating that it made out stay even better.

Fantastic Hotel- You Won't Regret Booking Here
Pros:

Fantastic Hotel! Old world Ireland hotel with nicely updated finishes. We stayed in the family suite, which was very spacious. It was renovated 6 weeks ago and was beautiful. Everything was new and clean. Beds were plush and comfortable. Breakfast was very fancy, full service and delicious. Justin at the front desk was very friendly and provided some great tips. If you book direct, they provide free bike rentals which was really nice. We rode bikes to the castle and all along the paths. Parking was free. Overall very nice stay and would stay here again.
