Pros:

Randles hotel is our go to hotel when we go to Killarney. We go 2 - 3 times per year. The staff are all very welcoming whether it's Sean at checkin, Shane in the bar or Aziz in the restaurant. It's a home from home for my wife, son and I.

Just what we needed!
Pros:

The staff at Randles are very accommodating. We checked in very late after a long drive from Dublin, and they upgraded us to a suite on arrival. We awoke to a gorgeous view of the sun rising over the mountains. If you are down for a function at Gleneagle convention center, it is a very easy walk from the hotel, and an equally easy walk in the other direction to the main street in Killarney. The hotel was very charming and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Cons:

The road out front of the hotel can get very busy. The hotel is not quite in the charming part of the town centre of Killarney but a very short walk away.

VERY memorable stay 💚
Pros:

Randles is a MUST for couples and groups !
Proper ole school Irish Hospitality. Classy rooms, super comfortable beds. Location superb, just a quick 5 min walk to the main Street.
You just have to go to experience yourself 😉😉😉

Great sleep, awful breakfast
Pros:

Lovely room however considering cost lacked personal touches budget hotels give. Had bad experience with off smocked salmon for breakfast which maitre de confirmed was so. That put damper on breakfast next day, only juice and coissaint; no real apology or recompense and really no excuse for serving this up. Suffered a bit that day and spoiled dinner.
Someone needs to teach them how to make proper Irish coffee without a bag of sugar and instant coffee.
Great beds, mostly nice staff, shame off salmon wasn’t of concern.
Another tourist places, doesn’t need repeat business.

Delightful ease and opulence
Pros:

One of the most beautiful hotels, with excellent staff and facilities. I would highly recommend. Extraordinary value for money.. We had the most wonderful stay here..
