Pros:

Super schönes und modernes Hotel! Mega gut gelegen. Es gibt sogar einen Bus Shuttle Service in die Universal Parks.

Die Suite war groß. Bad geräumig. Sauber

Cons:

Extra eine Suite mit Sofabett gebucht. Bei angekündigter Ankunft gg 23 Uhr war aber leider dieses Bett nicht hergerichtet und um 23 Uhr natürlich keiner mehr verfügbar dies zu arrangieren. Personal neutral freundlich. Frühstück einfach und nichts besonderes. Allgemein ein sehr altes Gebäude mit etwas schmuddeligen Lichtschaltern.
