I didnt like Marisol the front desk agent she was rude and the maintenance man was really inappropriate with me during an elevator ride. He wanted me to go with him to level 7 up to his room

Decent hotel, although breakfast a little weak on protein.
Pros:

Good location near freeways and near the relatives we were visiting. Decent hotel gym. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good value- pretty large and 2 beds for a decent price. Beds were reasonably comfortable.

Cons:

HVAC system and highway noise quite loud. I kept thinking a window was open because the highway noise was so loud. At least the HVAC covered up the highway noise. The breakfast had very little protein- just hard boiled eggs. The only fruit was oranges.

Overall the stay was completely unacceptable.
Pros:

The price and location was perfect. The staff member who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

We specifically selected your hotel because of the advertised amenities, particularly the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that the hot tub was closed, which was a significant disappointment and not communicated in advance.

Additionally, the condition of our room did not meet reasonable expectations. The bathtub faucet dripped continuously throughout the night, making it difficult to rest. During the evening, there was also a very strong odor of marijuana in the surrounding area, which created an uncomfortable environment.

The most concerning issue, however, was the lack of hot water the following morning. Being unable to take a hot shower was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
