The location was excellent. The room was nice, although a little noisy from the traffic on the highway. The breakfast was good. The staff was very pleasant.
No real issues.
Amabilidad, confiabilidad, ubicación
Front desk staff, Alexa was rude at check-in and at check-out. Unacceptable
It’s pretty old no updates made it. Few rooms in n the floor looks like doors were broken into. Shower was pretty sketchy, like the tub would floor to the next floor.
Staff are always friendly and willing to help. Beds are comfy. Not a bad drive to Disney.
Hall carpet could use a good shampoo or replace. Smelled like pet urine when we first got off the elevator. But the room didn’t smell thankfully.
Posizione
Arredi vecchi e la pulizia non era giornaliera (bisognava chiederla 24 ore prima ?
The location and staff were great. Breakfast was fine.
The tub water dripped in our room.
We booked this hotel during a last-minute Disneyland trip because everything near the parks was sold out. I figured, “It’s just one night. How bad could it be?” Turns out, very bad. Shame on me for not reading the reviews first because they were trying to warn me.
The first thing that greeted us wasn’t the front desk. It was the cockroaches. They were crawling all over the outside of the building like they owned the place. I tried to convince myself they were just outside until the next morning. As we were leaving our room, a giant cockroach came strolling down the third-floor hallway like he was making his morning rounds. Thank goodness I didn’t see him the night before because I would have grabbed my pillow and slept in the car without a second thought.
Then there was the smell. The second the elevator doors opened, it smelled like a wet dog that had been locked in a damp basement for a year. The odor was so strong it felt like it had weight. It followed you down the hallway and somehow got worse the closer you got to your room.
When we opened the door, it somehow got even worse. The mattress was stained, the “mattress protector” was ripped, there was mold in the bathroom, every piece of metal was rusted, and the carpet looked like a raccoon had a panic attack in the middle of the night. I spent more time inspecting what I shouldn’t touch than unpacking.
I’ve never been happier to hear my alarm go off. By 6:00 a.m. all four of us were dressed, packed, and practically running to the car.
Save yourself the money. Stay at a Motel 6. Sleep in your car. Sleep on a bench outside Disneyland. Honestly, all three would have been an upgrade. This place doesn’t need a renovation. It needs to be condemned, boarded up, and officially turned over to the cockroaches because they’re clearly the longest-term residents.
Good beds good customer service in am and late nights.
Breakfast was too basic most la Quinta inns have sausage ham eggs ect they didn't keep their yogurts stocked. M my room hand a rusty shower head and parts coming off the wall mold ect. Our room was like someone's living qrters as opposed to a guests room. Two twin beds not even queens.
The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient (on the LAX side of Disneyland)
The rooms were in need of a reno. The hallway carpets were stained and gross. The general state of the hallway carpets and the rooms gave me an 'icky' feeling. I specifically chose this location because it wasn't a budget-budget hotel, and had good ratings, but in retrospect I feel that I paid for a moderate hotel and received a budget hotel instead.
