the breakfast the friendly staff n the security
the lower floor have been using a lot by owner with pets- i got my allergic so badly- please do more vacum for the carpet
Room was clean, appliances were clean. Door locks after a certain time so you need your room key to come in, which i loved
The bathroom was a little out dated and tub was stained as well as the carpet in the hallway
Location
The breakfast could have been better. Most of all the bathroom looked the a old closet. Bathroom should have actual doors for privacy not closet doors. None of the furniture matched a night stand type table with a regular chair and office chair. The rooms need an upgrade or remodel of furniture

Nice location. It was only about 10 mins away from knots berry farm. Has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff are nice.
Our room balcony sliding door had no lock. Carpets throughout the entire hotel are old, stained, and dirty. No hot food for included breakfast. Old hard boiled eggs with waffle batter. Didn't have scrambled eggs, sausage, or bacon. They really are cheaping out. The TV in our room was small and the remote had a mind of its own.
The room was comfortible, I had a handicap room, the bed was a little high for me, and the tub floor was slippery. That being said, I really appreciated the grab bars! Also the sink area was small...
Breakfast was ok, but no scrambled eggs, no breakfast meat, or fruit. Waffles, bagles, and hard boiled eggs. the coffee was good!
At night it was pretty noisy. Dogs barking, people talking...
