Pros:

Very good location. Well decorated room and all parts of hotel. However if you room is not the harbor or canal side you will wake up garbage truck operations which were started 08 Am!
Another day hotel staff were started at 09 AM dropping the wine bottles in to garbage tank one by one with hilarious harmony and noise

Cons:

Front office and reception. They are not operating well either check in ot check out. They gave us 4 baggage tag number. They said our luggage room is very secure and organized.
What happened then? They could not find the one luggage and bag and they asked me what color or what it looks like? I said I don’t know one is black samsonite bu the other belongs to my wife and it was cotton blue or something.
They criticized me very arrogant way” you don’t know your luggage what it looks like”
First of all it was the last experience before to leave and I will always remember this case.
Terrace restaurant stuff is amazing, housekeeping amazing

Anbefaler virkelig hotellet. Vi tok en ekstra natt 👌

Toalett på rom 218, tror jeg, hadde dårlig nedtrekk. Papir ble liggende igjen

Som altid når vi overnatter hos jer er vi yderst tilfredse.
Pros:

Stort set alt .

Cons:

At det koster ekstra hvis man som gæst vil benytte pool området !!
Havde glædet os til at området åbnede .
Var afsted med vores børn og deres kærester . 8 personer i alt og 4 dobbeltværelser.
Forventede ikke Vi skulle betale for at benytte området .
Det var skuffende .
Ellers et utrolig smukt område 👍
