Pros:

Property is an amazing option in terms of value for the money!

Cons:

The attitude of the personal is brilliant! I was presented by the fruit-plate in the beginning and a free glass of the beer in the end.

Pros:

Everything was perfect. The room was cozy. Delicious breakfast, beautiful view from the restaurant. The friendly staff helped with solving problems that were not even directly related to the hotel. Thanks a lot! The vacation was great, and we'll be happy to come back again.

חדרים ללא מזגן, קטנים מאוד, נוף לכוכר לבניינים הרוסים, ללא בריכה!!!
שירות גרוע. לא להתקרב למלון הזה!

נאלצנו לעזוב את המלון אחריי אכזבה גדולה.
לא הסכימו להחזיר כסף!!

The hotel staff is good, and every request we had was answered quickly. The mattress is very comfortable. Overall, if you are just looking for a place to sleep and spend your days exploring, it is definitely enough!

Cons:

There is not enough hot water, and the water pressure is weak. On the first night, there was no running water at all (the owner claimed it was a general regional issue). During breakfast, it was boiling hot in the dining room, and at dinner, there was nothing to drink. Additionally, there aren't enough towel racks in the bathroom, and the stairs leading to the reception are wet from the air conditioning units, making them very slippery.

1. Great view of the bay especially from the restaurant.
2. The reception staff are extremely hospitable and informative. Also helpful.
3. Amazing breakfast.
4. Very Comfortable room.

Cons:

No complaints really except for one. There were tea and coffee sachets but no kettle in the room, which was strange and not convenient. On the last night of our stay , the reception staff gave us one little kettle from the lobby, after I complained.

Overall great experience , great hotel .
Pros:

I liked the fact that we were accommodated on the top floor (5th) and we had a spectacular view over the city . On the 6th floor is the restaurant and it has a few tables on the open air terrace - the same superview . Confortable beds , superb 2 bedroom apartment with a big terrace , very clean .

Cons:

Few parking places and you have to manage to park on the street …

Boravak u Budvi je bio odličan!
Pros:

Smještaj u hotelu je bio savršen a osoblje hotela je jako prijatno i ljubazno. Doručak je bio jako ukusan a sami pogled iz restorana fantastičan. Djeca su bila oduševljena. Nadamo se povratku i novom susretu.
