Very quiet and serine. The view is incredible. At nights there are nice shows that are perfect with the ambient.

4* hotel. Loses one star just in comparison to better hotels (luxury hotels). We had a great time here. Well priced and a beautiful location. Not the most luxurious but also was a great hotel.

Hotelanlage ist ausgezeichnet! Pools sauber und es waren auch immer Liegen zur Verfügung.
In den 7 Tagen gab es immer abwechslungsreiches Essen. (mind. 5 verschiedene Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl und nie etwas doppelt).
Sehr ruhiges Hotel, welches etwas abseits ist. Aber auf Zakynthos sollte man sowieso ein Auto oder Quad mieten um sich die Insel anzusehen.
Im Grunde alles Top!

Hotel incrível, funcionarios atenciosos, limpeza diaria, cafe da manha e jantar diversificado. um Hotel de excelência. Valeu a pena o valor pago. Um dos melhores hoteis que ja hospedamos.

Es war hervorragend!

The area is very nice, breakfasts and dinner buffet is great and well maintained. Room was clean and cozy (be aware that shower is fully open and there is no privacy in the room).

On downside I'd say that reception service was not always interested in even trying to help out with small requests (was looking for a lighter, they didn't even try to help)

Ein schönes Hotel, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Siamo stati ospiti di Tsamis per una settimana e le nostre aspettative sono state ampiamente superate. L'offerta di relax in piscina e in spiaggia privata, con sdraio e lettini a dondolo è il punto forte di questa struttura. La colazione continentale a buffet è tra le migliori provate e completa l'offerta per una vacanza da sogno. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura ricettiva.

The hotel is a Gem.
The overall experience was perfect: from the facilities thru the service and the hospitality of the staff.
Breakfast and Dinner were always on top and rich of different and fresh dishes.
We will definitely come back.
Last but not least: a big shout out to Vasilis which took care of all our needs.
Perfect.!!

Already thinking about nooking our next visit

Ein wunderschönes 5 Sterne Hotel, mit durchwegs herzlichen und freundlichen Mitarbeiern. Kulinarisch war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und sehr abwechslungsreich. Mich persönlich hat die musikalische , etwas zu laute Dauerbeschallung ( trotz schöner Musik) , angefangen frühmorgens zum Frühstück bis abends zum Abendessen, sehr gestört.

The hotel is not as what it looks like in the picture and people post on social media. The front desk lady wasn't very welcoming. The lady takes charge of the dining room was so mean to us, maybe because we are asians. The room wasn't super clean, there are some huge ants coming into the room. The hotel condition needs to be improved too. It does not like it is in a good condition. Very disappointed stay.

Nice hotel with modern look. Nice food especially the vegan restaurant which is included in the halfboard. Sadly the room cleaning wasn't perfect towels missing, missed to clean etc. The waiters were all very friendly.

Lovely property with large clean rooms - very quiet at night and comfy beds. The pools and sea are stunning. While the front desk staff are all extremely professional and helpful, the restaurant staff less so and little heed was paid to the growing piles of glasses and cups that piled up around the pool area. Perhaps most importantly, they need to pay more attention to safety issues, in particular the slippery steps that go into the sea. I took a terrible fall my first day and 9 days later I’m still in pain. It’s also in the middle of nowhere so be warned you will spend a lot on cabs. Overall I’d recommend but with an asterisk.
