Fantastisch mooi hotel
Pros:

Super mooi hotel. Prachtig en voldoet aan alle gemakken. Fijn zwembad op het dak. Personeel is zeer meedenkend en behulpzaam met alle vragen. Locatie in het oude centrum, je zit overal dichtbij. Ik zou altijd weer kiezen voor dit hotel!

Most accommodating stay in Cartagena
Pros:

Location is perfect - The staff is the friendliest and most accommodating I've ever met. Any questions, I had or any hell i needed they would bend over backwards to help me out. They even helped me order Pizza from a pizzaria nearby. Super friendly. 24/7 support.

Cons:

Nothing - Exceeded my expectations.

Pros:

the location and the hotel building was great. we also loved our room. there were nice flavored water and sweet treats everyday, the staff were very kind. the building itself was great as well. its super central and we always felt super safe. would stay here again.

Cons:

the check-in process was tiring. we arrived around 11pm and the reseptionist did not know english and asked way too many question, checked every stamp in the passport.. the process was frustrating and took way too long. other than that, all the hotel staff were very helpful and kind.
the breakfast was also nothing to write home about. we could only eat there once because i had a blue plastic piece and hair in my food.

Excellent stay at the heart of Cartagena
Pros:

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Boutique Casona del Colegio. The staff was incredibly helpful, warm, and efficient. The room was quite comfortable and true to the photos. Although the hotel is located in a busy central area, I had no trouble sleeping because of noise. The restaurant was excellent, as was the breakfast. The pool area was lovely and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Hotel Casona del Colegio is an oasis of comfort and kindness in Cartagena's walled city.
Pros:

The property was lovely, in a great and convenient location. The breakfasts were delicious, and the AC was generous. That's no small thing given Cartagena's heat during summer. We also appreciated the hotel's rooftop pool. It's small, but it was enough for a cooling, relaxing respite. Even the lobby smelled fantastic!
I can't say enough about the staff and the managers. They were so kind. They truly went out of their way for us on several occasions. And our room was great - spacious and overlooking the street. And the bed was soooo comfortable. We actually got the brand of duvet they use from the manager because we might order one.
