first room to the internal patio was very small. For the last night we were upgraded to a Suite, which was a beautiful and quiet room of considerable size and with a terrace
light system is very complicated. You need a PhD in electronics to master it
Breakfast was great. I would have liked to have pancakes though. Also need syrup, not just honey.
The staff was great, they took our bags up the 3 flights of stairs since there was no elevator. Very knowledgeable about places to see and restaurants. We felt very safe, like that the door is locked at all times and has to be opened from inside.

Location was great! Really nice welcome drink and breakfast. Staff very kind, really good sheets, twice a day room cleaning..
I do think the pool area needs some repair! Also there were things in the room that needed updating (loose facets for instance) it’s an old building so they are doing lots of repairs and once these are done it will be great. For now, some areas are a little worn out (although still very clean)

The desk staff was friendly but also a bit some metallic. The restaurant looks beautiful but without any soul. The swimming pool bar was a kind of a storage place for maintenance stuff. It’s a boutique hotel but overall I miss some warm feeling
