Pros:

La ubicacion excelente!!! La atencion de todo el personal muy buena! La habitacion muy cómoda y completa. El desayuno también estaba muy rico y completo.

Excelente Hotel Boutique en el Centro de Cartagena
Pros:

Sin lugar a dudas uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos estado en Cartagena. Ya está en nuestro Top 5 de hoteles favoritos en el centro histórico. El desayuno es muy bueno y tienes la opción si quieres de también probar el desayuno del Casona del Porvenir que está a pocos metros. Todo el personal tanto de recepción, como las camareras de las habitaciones y el personal del restaurante siempre muy amables. Volveríamos sin lugar a dudas.

Cons:

Está en pleno corazón del centro histórico donde por la noche suele haber mucha fiesta pero las habitaciones están muy bien insonorizadas y no se escucha nada.

Hotel boutique precioso con cuidados al detalle y el mejor servicio.
Pros:

El servicio de todo el personal fue impecable y siempre estuvieron atentos para hacer nuestra estadía lo más cómoda posible. El hotel tiene instalaciones preciosas con la mayor comida y el mejor gusto. El desayuno ha estado entre los mejores de todos los hoteles en que he estado. Las habitaciones son extremadamente amplias, las camas comodas y ofrecen todos los productos de loto de sur lo que añade un toque muy especial. La ubicacion es la mejor en medio de lo mejor de la ciudad amurallada. Las habitaciones del tercer piso con jacuzzi privado superan todas las expectativas. Recomiendo el hotel son dudas y volveré definitivamente en mi próximo viaje a Cartagena.

Confort absoluto y descanso de primer nivel en una ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

Es un hotel de alta calidad con una ubicación espectacular. Las instalaciones son de primer nivel y la habitación es realmente un lujo; la cama era como una nube, lo que nos permitió tener el descanso que tanto necesitábamos. Tanto la habitación como el baño están diseñados con un gusto excelente. Sin duda, es un lugar para relajarse por completo.

Cons:

Lo que más nos sorprendió, dada la categoría del hotel, fue el desayuno. Sinceramente, hemos comido mejor en hoteles de menor categoría. El omelette estaba seco y el pan se sentía viejo. Es un punto que definitivamente deben mejorar, aunque el resto de la experiencia es tan buena que hace que uno trate de olvidar ese detalle.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay with great views and a lovely atmosphere.
Pros:

The room was lovely, with beautiful decor and plenty of space. The wraparound balcony was a real highlight and made the stay feel special. The rooftop pool was perfect, with a great view and a very relaxing atmosphere. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

There could have been more loungers available in the rooftop pool area, as it was sometimes hard to find a spot. A few more breakfast options would also have improved the experience

Tellement agréable et calme dans Carthagène
Pros:

L’accueil vraiment très agréable avec en prime un cocktail de bienvenue.
La chambre magnifique immense et super équipée
Et surtout le personnel, spécialement au petit déjeuner (très bien) toujours souriant et au service bienveillant et irréprochable

Cons:

Le bruit la nuit mais ce n’est pas une surprise, l’emplacement est génial en plein centre historique.
L’ambiance dans Carthagène le soir et la nuit est vraiment « particulière »

Great location to stay in Cartagena
Pros:

Great place, able to walk to all locations so easily. Room was very comfortable, good breakfast. Excellent drinks! Given the area, the room was very quiet making it easy to sleep.

Cons:

The rooftop area is nice but quite small and absolutely no sun protection during the day. Pool pleasant but noticed there was some maintenance/cleaning needed.
Similar with room. Found that the electronics in room were not easy to navigate - simply could not get the electric blinds to work.

Excellent place to stay to explore El Centro.
Pros:

Great location to explore El Centro. Great, helpful staff, always with a smile on their faces! Great Hotel Manager Sheik, speaks perfect english and always eager and willing to make your stay a pleasant one! Excellent, very comfortable bed and pillows!
