The hotel architecture is stunning and rooms were huge. It was a very luxurious hotel.
As this hotel is located in a great area, if your a light sleeper, remember to bring ear plugs with you as its very vibrant at night.

Genial en el centro de Cartagena
Pros:

La ubicación y la atención del personal. Son maravillosos. Además, la piscina es genial.

Cons:

Los interruptores de las habitaciones son poco intuitivos. El desayuno es mejorable, aunque los smoothies estaban riqusísimos.

Pros:

Das Hotel machte einen guten Eindruck. Schönes Haus. Große Zimmer. Viel Personal, einige sprechen Englisch. Sehr gute Lage, zentral in der Altstadt. Uns wurde auch bei der Weiterreise geholfen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keine Lichtschalter sondern eine Smart Home Steuerung, die nicht richtig funktionierte. Außerdem gab es zu wenig Licht im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage konnte nur ein oder ausgeschaltet werden, eine Regulierung konnte nur über die Rezeption veranlasst werden. Die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers funktionierte nur mit Solar, was in einem dunklen Zimmer schwierig ist. Es gab kein heißes Wasser, nur lauwarm. Frühstück wurde aus einer Menü-Karte bestellt, wobei nur 1 Tasse Kaffee dabei war, es wurde nicht nachgeschenkt.
Der 1 x 1 cm Butterwürfel für 2 Personen fand ich schon lächerlich (bei dem Preis).
Nach unserer dritten und letzten Nacht im Hotel hatten wir beide mehrere Stiche bzw. Bisse am ganzen Körper. Wir vermuteten Milben oder Flöhe im Bett. Können es aber nicht beweisen.

Buen hotel en Cartagena.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien. Habitación grande y limpia. La piscina en la azotea es muy chula.

Cons:

Un tanto caro en comparación con otros alojamientos de Cartagena que tampoco son mucho peores.

Les équipements, le personnel et la qualité du service sont tout simplement remarquables. Les installations de la chambre sont parfaites et la propreté est irréprochable.

Idéalement situé, cet hôtel est un véritable havre de paix et de bienveillance. On y retrouve beaucoup de charme, avec une décoration réalisée avec goût, sublimée par les sourires et la gentillesse de tout le personnel.

Nous y séjournerons de nouveau avec grand plaisir et je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Nous voyageons régulièrement et, en tant que Français exigeants, nous pouvons sincèrement dire que cet hôtel fait partie des meilleures adresses où nous avons séjourné et Amérique latine .
