Nice hotel, but could do better
Pros:

Good location and the Campo Grande park opposite is a bonus. A 10-15 minute walk to historic centre. Comfortable beds and decent size, well-appointed rooms - we booked a superior room with views. Very recently refurbished and smart.

Cons:

The reception staff could have been more welcoming and greeted clients in the morning, coming back after a day out etc. They constantly had their heads down as if avoiding all contact! They air-conditioning system is a nightmare to use. The hotel provides instructions which are extremely difficult to follow.

Personal amable, habitación amplia, baño completo con ventana, detalles. Zona muy tranquila, un parque enfrente, terrazas. Todo muy cómodo.

Nos sentimos muy cómodos, el hotel muy bien ubicado en el mismo centro de la ciudad, muchos sitios para tomar algo y hemos de destacar la amabilidad del personal del hotel y la comodidad de la habitación donde no falta ningún detalle. Un diez.

Zentrale Lage, Parkhaus in 200m Entfernung. Frühstücksauswahl.

Cons:

Frühstückpersonal ist nicht aufmerksam. Die Rühreier und der Lachs wurden nicht mehr aufgefüllt, obwohl nach uns noch über 20 Personen gekommen sind. Ein jüngeres Paar brachte je eine grosse Lunchbox mit und füllten diese mit allem, was reinpasste - unglaublich, aber wahr!

Very nice hotel, shame we had such a short stay.

Room large. Coffee-making facility.
Breakfast excellent, lots of variety
Staff helpful and coped well with our lack of Spanish!

Cons:

Maybe tea making as well as coffee making in room. Otherwise it was all good.
