Ubicación excelente. Muy buen hotel si quieres estar en el Centro de Valladolid.

El trato es fantástico y el departamento de calidad muy preocupado por la satisfacción del cliente.

Como valor diferencial está que tiene detalles como café, frutos secos, algún dulce, albornoces, etc. Es algo sencillo pero mejoró mucho la estancia
