Excellent
Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, thoughtful snacks and waters were provided for free. You could walk from the train station easily but also walk into the city. This hotel was a bargain and I will stay here again if I come back to this city.

Magnífico hotel, céntrico y con una dirección y personal extraordinario.
Pros:

Por encima de todo, y al margen del establecimiento en sí mismo, con el que quedamos muy satisfechos, destacar la eficiencia y trato exquisito de Carlos Frías (ya antes de nuestra llegada) , de Oscar (Director) cuya amabilidad y atención personalizada es algo de lo que debieran tomar nota muchos otros profesionales del sector.
Vivimos no uno, sino varios detalles, que generaron una sensación de "hogar", lo que es el mayor elogio que se puede ofrecer a un hotel de estas características. Gracias Oscar!
De igual modo, TODO el personal de recepción, amable, correctísimo y cercano. Fantásticos todos y todas las personas que conocimos.
Personal de limpieza, cafetería, personal auxiliar, etc. todos en perfecta consonancia con lo que acabo de expresar.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente, los que viajamos en tren, mejor situado imposible, enfrente del campo grande !!! Habitaciones espaciosas y modernas personal muy amable.
Todo positivo en general ( como observación una pequeña rampa de acceso, no estaría mal, sobre todo por el pequeño tramo de escaleras a la entrada, por los carritos y maletas con ruedas)
