I like a lot the location was amazing, close to all the attractions located on the walled city

The place has great location and for the price you pay is ok, but there are no windows or natural light in the rooms so I will not stay there again

The apartment was clean and comfortable, quiet but a great location

Nice place in a GREAT location. Not easy to find from a taxi point of view from the airport. Check in was relatively smooth. Front desk people were always polite.

Room was a suite. Small for a suite but the room was clean and the air conditioner was great.

Closet space was small with few hangers but in fairness to the place I did not ask for more.

I did ask for a hair dryer and everyone was accommodating.

Overall, it was great value for the money in a great part of the Walled City. I believe it should be a 3 star instead of a 3.5 star but nonetheless, it was a nice stay, nice place, very good value and a great location.

Amazing historic little flat, in an excellent location. Everything was as described, clean, modern and eith daily cleaning.

The photos SO NOT accurately reflect this property. The window is an illusion window. There is a concrete wall beyond the window. No sunlight. Nothing. Even a hostel room has a window. This room is technically a closet. Even in prison at least prisoners can look through their door. This was awful and when I asked about changing room I was lied to. This property had us over a barrel. We stayed for six days. No refunds. Why would they give us a good room when they already had their $? The people who were only staying one night got the rooms with a view and hence would probably give them a good review. I am not done with taking this up with Expedia and my credit card company. This was totally unethical and a scam. We couldn’t leave as our lodging $$ was already spent. I would happily attach a photo of the illusion window we’re there a way to do so.

This place is in a perfect location with, no perks like breakfast or pool but right out the door you can find plenty of great spots, AC nice and cold, rooms are nice with a separate small living room w small fridge and sofa bed for someone to crash w privacy as the bedroom has doors and a great price.

What to say about this place... It all started when I picked the reserve now and pay later option on Expedia, but Huespedia (the owners of the appartments) billed me the next day. Not according to agreement but not a very big deal. In my booking I requested a room with a nice view (if possible). I then got contacted through Whatsapp by Diana, your ‘concierge’, that the room I booked has a window facing the building right next to it. Although it was nice that she pointed this out, but the aggressive way she communicated this was less pleasent (she made a movie in which she shows her computer screen and points out that it is clear that there is no window, which is totally not clear). I asked to upgrade me to a room with view and agreed to pay the extra cost, but no rooms were available. When we arrived at the place, the doorman was clearly annoyed by the fact he had to stop watching tv to check us in. When I rated the check in through an email from expedia as negative, I received in the middle of the night texts from Diana asking me for an explanation. She was clearly upset, and told me it was unfair and said I gave the rating because I did not get a free upgrade. I explained the situation to her, but never heard back. Diana is very aggressive in her communication and does not know what hospitality means. This is also mentioned by others and is a serious issue! The 10 USD cleaning fee per night (also the night for check out!?) is ridicously for what the cleaning lady does.

Room given away to someone else upon arrival. Only a security guard at entrance, without mobile or fix phone, without internet or real contact.
Television & Internet not working except late the last day.
When taking a shower, water accumulates and all over the floor in the washroom and other spaces. Floors are wet everywhere and are not clean (human hair all over). They had to put a plastic carpet.
Another important problem: impossible to get in contact with host before next day to get another room. Telephone numbers of contact doesn’t work and OUT OF SERVICE. Finally the next day, security guard got a key for the room beside the one we had. NOT an upgrade, NO view (exactly the same as the previous). 2nd room supplied is a microscopic room next door (from 313A to 313B) has exact same problems, exact same view, on same level: water leaking all over the floor when taking a shower making it very slippery & dangerous to walk around.
Our Electronic devices cannot work without connexion; impossible to get information for local activities, maps etc. Impossible to get in touch with our families & friends abroad or locally.
Impossible to get response with security at the entrance since themselves have no internet connection or no ''minutes'' for telephone. Finally got to send email to Rafael from the Coffee Shop and only received poor excuses stating that we had received an upgrade.
Extremely frustrating ruined Cartagena stay. PLEASE removed from EXPEDIA availability.

Clean, great location, staff very helpful, though English is limited

Property is at a good location within walking distance and very safe. Was also clean. The space wasn't set up very well however. The toilet was so close to the shower that I had to sit sideways on it. There also weren't any shelves to set things on.

Very comfortable and quiet. Great location. Comfortable sofa in nice, separate sitting room.
