Tickets to the Aquatic Park are not included. Please check our official website for the most up-to-date park opening dates and hours.

Please note that the charged of the first night of the reservation will be done in advance the same day of the reservation.

Please note that guests with reservations made under the bed and breakfast plan for the nights of December 24th and December 31st will not have access to other dining options at the hotels, as the restaurants will be exclusively operating for the Christmas Package and New Year's Eve Package for guests who have booked at least the Half Board plan (2 nights minimum stay).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

Amabilidad personal

Cons:

Los colchones necesitan un cambio, tuve que llamar en varias ocasiones para que dejaran papel higienico, limpieza justa y mala, que el hotel no gestione las pulseras de movilidad reducida y se tenga que ir a la otra punta del parque para solicitarla es tercer mundista, si quieren dar un servicio de calidad deberían gestionar esta opción como hace Disneyland París en el propio hotel.

Cons:

La mala conexión y falta de indicación hacia el hotel desde la estación de tren de Salou - port aventura y destacaría sobre todo la poca variedad de comida en el parque y el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones, pues es muy deficiente.

Pros:

Good location if you want to visit the amusement park, nothing else around

Cons:

Pool was pee warm, the pool bar closed at 6pm leaving a long queue off unattended clients.

Nice hotel. Excellent hotel setting. Excellent park and rides. Be wary of peak hour queues.
Pros:

The setting between the hotel and park is incredible. Feels like the set of a Wild West movie with the finest detail. Relatively easy access to the park meant one can access in the morning and late evening when crowds/queues are not so big. Especially late evening (an hour or so before rides close) as even the most popular rides on the far side have 15min queues max. Afternoon can be spent at the pool. Great breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The quality of the food in the park itself is very poor, and very expensive. Along the lines of kids being trained to flip burgers and not experienced chefs. So I strongly recommend evening buffet at hotel as well. A little bit more expensive, but guaranteed good quality food and options.

Muy cómodo, bufet tanto de desayuno como cena muy variado y completo.Personal muy servicial y amable.

Cons:

Servicio de habitaciones deja que desear mucho y no por culpa de las camareras.Dejamos habitación a las 9 de la mañana y cuando volvimos a las 15:30 de la tarde la habitación seguía sin hacer.Y la explicación que me dan es que no les ha dado tiempo.En fin sin comentarios.

L'hôtel dans son ensemble était extraordinaire, calme, propre avec un personnel d'une gentillesse, toujours souriant ,agréable...merci pour tout ça...
Nous étions dans au Creek Valey, avec vue sur la piscine, c'était super, chambre spacieuse, confortable, très calme...
Une pause dans le temps pour profiter du cadre et de l'ambiance...

Nice hotel, but too expensive for what they offer
Pros:

The hotel is very big, comfy beds, big pool, nice garden, restaurant very big and with various food, with plenty of seats. The western theme and everything around has a nice setup.

Cons:

The room was very dark, being at ground floor, the room had ants, sometimes even on the bed. The hotel is pretty far from the park, a 10min walk in the sun, no shade. The reception is always crowded, if you want to ask something there is always a queue.

Понравилось абсолютно все: размер номера, кровати, удобства в номере, мощный кондиционер ))) ( на улице в ти дни было 42 градуса). Номера очень хорошо звукоизодированы. Завтраки шикарные. Удобный паркиг у отеля. Пешая доступность к парку - 10 минут.

Cons:

Бассейн у отеля большой, но очень не глубокий.
