Tanto el desayuno como la cena excelentes
El personal muy bien, destacando especialmente en recepción a Javier.

Cons:

Aunque no tiene que ver con el hotel en sí, el parque en los últimos años está yendo cada vez a menos. Hay atracciones que se han ido cerrando teniendo algunas zonas complemente abandonabas. La gestión de las colas deja mucho que desear comparado Con otros parques. Aparentemente o,No hay dinero o se busca exprimir la rentabilidad a costa de los servicios y atracciones del parque. Siempre ha sido nuestro parque de referencia pero en los últimos años estamos valorando ir algo más lejos (Europapark por Ejemplo) para ir a un parque que sigue buscando sorprender y mejorar. La nueva zona del parque acuático muy floja. A pesar de todo ellos, Port aventura nos sigue encantando y el hotel Colorado creek también
