Please note that, unlimited access to PortAventura® Park is included (including both check-in and check-out dates), 1 access to Ferrari Land per person per stay is included, and discounts on Caribe Aquatic Park (subject to the planned schedule of park openings). Tickets to the Aquatic Park are not included. Please check our official website for the most up-to-date park opening dates and hours.

Please note that the charged of the first night of the reservation will be done in advance the same day of the reservation.

Please note that guests with reservations made under the bed and breakfast plan for the nights of December 24th and December 31st will not have access to other dining options at the hotels, as the restaurants will be exclusively operating for the Christmas Package and New Year's Eve Package for guests who have booked at least the Half Board plan (2 nights minimum stay).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Great choice to experience the parc.
Pros:

Great hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Close to the parc. Fabulous breakfast indeed.

Cons:

It is a bit confusing to get there if you don’t go by car. You need to go through the parc, it is possible even though you have not checked in yet. That we didn’t know.

Hôtel très chouette, j'y retournerai mais à une période moins fréquentée que la semaine d'Halloween
Pros:

La literie est très confortable et le personnel est adorable et très réactif. Le hall d'entrée est magnifique, on se croirait vraiment dans les "Mountains américains". La nourriture au buffet est très bonne.

Cons:

Absence de petites serviettes et tapis de sol; clim difficile a régler (il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre (octobre) mais personnel réactif!
Un seul bar avec souvent un seul barman (très gentil) qui doit prendre les commandes, faire des cocktails, encaisser ET débarrasser les tables... impossible à faire et donc une file d'attente conséquente, les tables sont débarrassées par les clients, dommage. Pareil pour le buffet du petite déjeuner du premier jour: nous avons fait une file d'attente de 15 minutes mais à l'intérieur, on voyait beaucoup de tables vides, mais pas débarrassées: encore une fois manque de personnel et d'organisation. C'était mieux le 2ème jour avec une équipe plus réactive.
Un buffet inégal selon les jours: le dimanche soir excellent, le lundi très basique (mais toujours bon).
