Please note that, unlimited access to PortAventura® Park is included (including both check-in and check-out dates), 1 access to Ferrari Land per person per stay is included, and discounts on Caribe Aquatic Park (subject to the planned schedule of park openings). Tickets to the Aquatic Park are not included. Please check our official website for the most up-to-date park opening dates and hours.

Please note that guests with reservations made under the bed and breakfast plan for the nights of December 24th and December 31st will not have access to other dining options at the hotels, as the restaurants will be exclusively operating for the Christmas Package and New Year's Eve Package for guests who have booked at least the Half Board plan (2 nights minimum stay).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Aventura si distractie
Pros:

Amplasarea hotelului, designul hotelului si a camerei, ospitalitatea personalului, mic dejun bogat, sonoriazarea si muzica ambientala din hotel, parcarea

Cons:

Aerul conditionat, tantarii, lipsa fierbatorului de apa din camera, lipsa facilitatilor ca turist cazat in park fata de cei care intrau din exterior.......cred ca cei din park ar trebui sa aiba o ora magica fara aglomeratie fata de ceilalti.

Pros:

Walking distance to the park. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great! They featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the food was constantly replenished.

Cons:

Not enough water stations to refill bottles. Towels too small. Considering it was a family room, bathroom could be bigger.

In general everything was good, I love the park and the atmosphere of the hotel is spectacular. Probably we’ll be back,
Pros:

I loved the hotel theming and our room in Creek Valley. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were a very good experience. The staff were very kind and attentive to our needs and accommodation.

Cons:

In our case we had full board but the staff weren’t clear about how to use the tickets fot the park so one day we missed dinner had to pay for it.

Pros:

Am ales acest hotel deoarece am beneficiat de o ofertă cu aproximativ 20% reducere, iar raportul calitate-preț s-a dovedit a fi foarte bun. Hotelul este modern, foarte frumos, curat și amenajat într-un stil western foarte reușit. Mi-au plăcut în mod deosebit arhitectura, decorurile și atmosfera generală a complexului.
Un mare avantaj este amplasarea în cadrul resortului PortAventura, cu acces direct și dedicat exclusiv oaspeților hotelurilor către parc, ceea ce face accesul foarte comod. Am apreciat foarte mult curățenia, liniștea și faptul că hotelul este bine climatizat, oferind o atmosferă plăcută chiar și în zilele foarte călduroase.
Mâncarea a fost foarte bună, atât la micul dejun, cât și la cină, existând o varietate suficientă pentru toate gusturile. Piscina hotelului a fost un alt mare plus, apa având o temperatură perfectă pentru a te răcori și relaxa după o zi petrecută în parc.
De asemenea, am apreciat existența unui automat de unde se puteau cumpăra diverse bilete, precum Fast Pass sau acces la parcul acvatic, la prețuri reduse. Personalul a fost amabil și eficient. Deși check-in-ul era programat pentru după-amiază, noi am ajuns în jurul orei 11:00 doar cu intenția de a lăsa bagajele și de a merge în parc, însă camera era deja pregătită și ni s-a permis accesul imediat, ceea ce a reprezentat o surpriză foarte plăcută. La plecare, personalul ne-a comandat un taxi către gară, care ne-a preluat direct din fața hotelului.

Cons:

După check-in, trebuia să alegem intervalele orare pentru mesele incluse, însă acest proces se putea realiza doar online. Din păcate, conexiunea la internet a funcționat destul de slab în anumite momente, astfel că o îmbunătățire a calității Wi-Fi-ului ar fi binevenită.
Un alt inconvenient a fost lipsa plaselor de insecte la ferestre. Dacă lăsai geamul deschis pentru aerisire, intrau destul de mulți țânțari.
Noi am avut o cameră situată la nivelul zero, care ni s-a părut destul de întunecoasă, din cauza poziționării și a luminii naturale limitate.
De asemenea, hotelul este amplasat la marginea resortului, pe o zonă mai înaltă. Drumul către parc este acceptabil, însă întoarcerea, mai ales după o zi întreagă petrecută în parc și pe temperaturi ridicate, poate fi destul de obositoare.

En general todo...no tenemos queja alguna, al contrario, personal, comida, instalaciones y una habitación super limpia!!!!

Solo faltó un pequeño hervidor de agua en la habitación.

It was an ok stay and an ok experience overall
Pros:

It was great for the kids but we had some issues with one of our rooms and despite being promised by the staff that it will be fixed it wasn’t

Cons:

No me gustó la conexión Wi-Fi no va bien no funciona bien deberían de tener un circuito cerrado para cada Hotel ya que la señal no funciona muy bien y es importante que tuviera Smart TV ya que la televisión no contaba con aplicaciones ni otras actualizar un poco más de resto, todo excelente

The hotel is generally good, but for a 4-star hotel I would expect basic amenities in the room, such as bottled water and a coffee machine. Also, the overall service is missing a bit of a personal touch.

However, Ricardo at the reception really impressed us. He was extremely kind, professional, and helpful, and he truly left a great impression.
