Horrible hotel
Pros:

Nada del hotel el parque si pero el hotel y el personal horrible nos trataron

Cons:

Nada mas llegar nos trataron fatal no nos dejaron hacer el chequing juntos a mi marido y a mi y no había nadie mas y después vimos como a otros huéspedes si les dejaban y nos pusimos serios y pusimos una reclamación

The location is excellent and the hotel is well positioned for the park, with easy access and a pleasant setting. The rooms were clean and the pool area was enjoyable, especially with a child. The theming of the property is nice and it works well for families in terms of facilities.

Cons:

The service. We booked and paid for three people but only two of us travelled — we did not ask for a refund and did not complain, yet the hotel still gave us only two welcome drinks, happy to keep the payment for three but unwilling to make even the smallest gesture in return. We also asked for a room with a double bed instead of the original configuration, a change that actually helped the hotel by freeing up a larger room for a bigger family, and it was still treated as a problem.
The worst part was the invoice. I requested it several times, through Booking.com and directly with the hotel, providing all billing details and following up repeatedly. I was simply sent back to Booking.com each time. To this day I have not received it and my emails go unanswered. A hotel should not make a paying guest spend days and send multiple emails to obtain an invoice for a service already paid for — issuing it is not a favour, it is the most basic obligation towards a client. At my hotel in Barcelona I received the invoice at check-in, without asking.
There was a complete lack of ownership: nobody took responsibility, nobody followed up, nobody treated it with any urgency. For a property of this size in a major tourist destination, I expected far better communication and professionalism.
