-pas d’eau chaude (dispositif fuyant)

Nice stay
Pros:

My stay at Chiang Mai Home was nice, there was some problem with the single room I had booked and got a three bedroom one instead. Room was not modern but clean and comfortable, maybe walls could use some painting. Girl at the front desk very friendly.
Excellent Location near city center attractions.

ห้องพักสร้างขึ้นโดยไม่ดูฮวงจุ้ยค่ะ ประตูห้องตรงกับบันได เลยยอมย้ายห้องที่ใหญ่ขึ้นนิดนึง แต่ราคาเพิ่มคืนละ 400 ที่จอดรถน้อย พี่เจ้าของผู้หญิงใจดีค่ะ แต่มีเจ๊ที่ไม่ค่อยบริการเท่าไหร่

Pros:

Swimming pool is not well-maintained and dirty. The room does not seem to be the same as how it looks like in the picture. It could be quite noisy and you could hear people footstep clearly. The lounge area is messy. Plus, the location shared is not accurate (it brought me to another place and caused me unnecessary troubles).The only favourable part is its price. If I were given a second chance, I would not have chosen this homestay.
