Everything was perfect in hotel «Perfect»!!!

Нам очень понравилось в отель Perfect. Брали 3 номера, путешествовали с друзьями. У друзей был семейный номер, полный восторг. Номер был огромный, отдельная спальня и 2 туалета. Очень удобно, когда путешествуешь с детьми. Мы останавливались в двухместном номере. Номер очень просторный. Все было чисто. Район очень хороший, подойдет отлично для людей, которые любят развлекаться ночью. Много баров, дискотек и ресторанов. Понравилось, что в этом отеле достаточно тихо ночью, так как окна не выходят на центральную улицу. Спали отлично. Девушка на рецепшн, по имени Моника, очень отзывчивая и замечательный работник. Она помогла нам решить вопрос с такси, также все помогала по всем вопросам, которые нас интересовали. Отдельное ей спасибо! Завтраки не очень понравились. Есть все необходимое, но особого разнообразия нету. Отель не большой, возможно, поэтому на завтрак нету разнообразия блюд. В любом случае, все было отлично. Позитивный опыт. Думаю, в следующую поездку в Краков, также остановимся в этом отеле.

A perfect stay in Krakow!

It was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in abroad! Staff were fantastic and there was a luggage room 😄. They even decorated the room for my mum's birthday 🎂🎁🎈

Perfekt für einen Städte-Trip / sagenhafte Lage und besonders liebenswürdiges Personal

Das Hotel ist einfach nur fantastisch: Hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals! Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach wunderbar, um die Stadt / Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erkunden zu können. Es hat viele nette Restaurants in der Gegend, trotzdem ist das Hotel wohltuend ruhig. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten!

Pros:

Everything. It actually is a perfect hotel. In the best location (Kamizeira) in the city close to the tram stop and numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. Very lively at night but the hotel was peaceful and quiet. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, clean and bright. Wonderful helpful staff from the cleaners to restaurant staff and Reception. Kesha on reception was an absolute star, incredibly helpful, friendly and just charming. Breakfast was varied and fresh and although I didn't get her name, the lady in the restaurant was lovely always happy to give me an extra cup of tea to take out. A great hotel and we will be visiting again.
