We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Pros:

I loved the breakfast. Clean seating and buffet area. Whole oatmeal (not instant). silverware and regular dishes - not plastic or paper. Made the whole experience feel more like home.

Cons:

Nothing except perhaps a later check out time.

The location is great. So much nearby and you’re not that far from other fun stuff to do.

You can hear the highway, but it wasn’t horrible.

Better than Hyatt Place Worthington
Pros:

Lives up to what is expected of a Hyatt property. Staff are super helpful. Xavier is amazing! Rahma is very personable too! They make a great team at the front desk.

Good food options nearby for lunch and dinner. Breakfast at the hotel is very good.

This is a better hotel (and more recently renovated by the looks of it) than Hyatt Place Worthington but for some reason the Worthington property charges higher room rates.

Nice hotel
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel and the rates were very reasonable. Staff was exceptional. Rooms were clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable.

My husband couldn't stop talking about how nice the place was.
Pros:

Left before breakfast. Room was very nice, quiet, & comfortable . We enjoyed our stay . Front desk workers were friendly and very helpful .

Cons:

Only complaint was the traffic at night was noisy, Air brakes, the semi's can wake a person up.

Clean, comfy, nice size room
Pros:

I stay here once a year . Up to date , CLEAN , no noise , great size room , lots of lighting , free parking , comfy bed, blankets and pillows. Staff was nice. Didn’t try the free breakfast. Lots of food within 2 min, mall across the street

Decent, but could have been better.
Pros:

Location was good, right across from the mall and several restaurants. Hotel Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room was not up to my expectations. It was cold even with the heat turned up. Why would the hotel not have winter comforters on the beds. It was thin blankets not meant for the winter time. The guests across the hall from us had a barking dog for 30 to 45 minutes. They left their room and the dog must have been sad, scared, or lonely. The bathroom had no heat because there was no vent. You’re relying on a heat lamp that you have to turn on to warm up the bathroom. Not a fan to say the least. The bathroom was too small, you could barely close the door without standing in an awkward position. Just not up to my standards at all. Won’t be returning.
