Clean, comfy, nice size room
Pros:

I stay here once a year . Up to date , CLEAN , no noise , great size room , lots of lighting , free parking , comfy bed, blankets and pillows. Staff was nice. Didn’t try the free breakfast. Lots of food within 2 min, mall across the street

Pros:

Conveniently located hotel. There staff is wonderful, willing to help with local restaurants and sites to see. Very safe area.

That the bathroom was so small that you couldn't get dressed in there so basically the room was probably better for couples than for friends staying with each other

Decent, but could have been better.
Pros:

Location was good, right across from the mall and several restaurants. Hotel Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room was not up to my expectations. It was cold even with the heat turned up. Why would the hotel not have winter comforters on the beds. It was thin blankets not meant for the winter time. The guests across the hall from us had a barking dog for 30 to 45 minutes. They left their room and the dog must have been sad, scared, or lonely. The bathroom had no heat because there was no vent. You’re relying on a heat lamp that you have to turn on to warm up the bathroom. Not a fan to say the least. The bathroom was too small, you could barely close the door without standing in an awkward position. Just not up to my standards at all. Won’t be returning.

I enjoyed the stay very much and will consider staying again in the future!
Pros:

My youngest daughter left items in the room after check-out. Your staff was exceptional in collecting the items, contacting me via phone call and leaving a detailed message, then greeted me with a smile at the time in which I arrived and inquired about the forgotten items. Those items were neatly bagged up and promptly located for me. The room was great, breakfast was very enjoyable and staff was elite!!

Cons:

Just a point to be noted, at breakfast there is ice water set out in the dining area. A lot of people enjoy water in the morning. I notified the container with ice water was all ice and no longer water.

Pros:

Location but it was not worth it for a penny

Cons:

I have tried to contact with the management about charging me $2559 for 1 night stay. I talked to the front desk employee and they told me they will fix and still they did not. Poor customer service

Beautiful king room with all the amenities needed. Enjoyed the pool as well.

Cons:

We hard a handy capped accessible room but the beds were too high for my sister to get into. She had to use a step stool (which we had to buy) to get on the bed. You should really think about having the handy cap accessible beds lower. If she were in a wheelchair she would never have been able to use the bed. I asked the front desk about it and I was told that she could use the pullout bed. She was not going to be comfortable on a pull out.
