Great stay in a crazy city
Pros:

Amazing service for a courtyard hotel. The whole experience felt very top notch. To be fair, it is probably one of the only nice places in Siliguri. But if you have to spend a night in Siliguri during your travels, 100% choose to do it here!

Unprofessional service for an expensive hotel.

1. Hotel made a mess of taxi service for airport pickup. Was not there. We were kept hanging outside a deserted airport for a long time until we made other arrangements.
2. We were allotted a room which when we we went there already had a guest inside!
3. Room service orders were so delayed that we got late for dinner buffet and therefore got very poor quality food.
The staff kept trying but there seems to be a coordination and supervision issue. Attitude of staff was polite but most seemed very inexperienced.

It was good except for the above mentioned things.
Pros:

Rooms are clean and hygienic

Cons:

When asked for the tissue paper during breakfast, only 2 tissue papers were given for 2 people.
During dinner also, when food was served for 2 people, only one spoon and one plate was sent.
And I think we as guest should not ask for such petty things again and again.
