Best place compared to what is offered in the neighborhood
Cons:

Rooms are small and bed uncomfortable. Additional bed was available. Breakfast was great and diner too. Cheese selection was disgusting and warm. Same slices of cheese displayed for breakfast and diner. No variety in terms of cheese. No fruits available for diner buffet. Biryani meat was extremely dry and chef met me at the table to apologize. Staff in restaurant are hard working and give out of their way to assist

Cons:

Facilities such as the pool and other amenities were not functioning properly, and no formal communication was provided regarding this. We ended up wasting approximately 2–3 hours trying to get clarity and resolve these issues. Additionally, when we reached the restaurant, the staff were unaware of the pricing and asked us to wait for the manager. The managers, in turn, informed us that they would attend to us only when they were free.

This raises serious concerns about the level of service at the hotel, where customers are expected to wait just to avail basic services, and even the staff are unsure about the amenities and billing details when guests are ready to make a payment.

Internationaler Standard in Siliguri
Pros:

Alles war hervorragend, besonders das Personal. Großer und geschmackvoller Raum, schöne Atmosphäre. Sogar ein HDMI-Kabel haben sie für mich gefunden.

Cons:

Zwei Kleinigkeiten: Am Pool gab es keine Handtücher, die Smoothies beim Frühstück dürfte man m.E. nicht ohne Kühlung in den Raum stellen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Durchweg sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Wunderbares Buffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Betten sind mega bequem, unser Zimmer mit zwei Betten war angenehm groß. Badezimmer top, endlich mal eine Dusche mit vernünftiger Größe. Haben hier nach der Anreise von Deutschland zwei Nächte vor unserer Weiterreise nach Sikkim zwei übernachtet, würden wir genau so wiedermachen. Ist eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung.
