The property had a lovely ambiance and a great view

The rooms were comfortable, the staff was polite, and overall the stay was really enjoyable.

Cons:

There was nothing major to dislike
The only thing was that the pool didn’t have tubes or support floats, so some of us who can’t swim couldn’t fully enjoy the water.

It was a good stay
Pros:

The location is quite convenient, easy to reach. I traveled from the NJP railway station, it is only 5 kms from there. The welcome was warm, property is huge, clean and serene. They gave me a corner room, with a king bed, the room was clean and fresh, with every amenity. It was a good stay.

Fabulous!
Pros:

Stayed with family. Loved the stay. It is a great property with amazing facilities. We enjoyed the spa, pool, breakfast and the hospitality. Special mention to Rahim, Snehashish, Akash and Nita from the front desk. The check-in and checkout process was very smooth. Also shoutout to Kashi and Pradip at the Siliguri Kitchen. They were very friendly and courteous. Overall a fabulous stay
