This place is great, we'll be back.
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic. Staff was very friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

unbearably strong smell of Lysol- the first night we ended up with headaches and feeling ill, the second night we were able to get a room (the 4th one we went into) that had less of the smell

Pros:

The room was a great value and location was safe.

Cons:

We had to check out early due to bad weather on our commute home. I spoke with the front desk 2 times regarding this and they directed me to contact booking.com to refund the unused night. After contacting customer service, they said the hotel manager would need to approve the refund and I should hear in 24 hrs. I haven’t heard from anyone from booking.com or the hotel and it’s been over 48hrs now. I would give top ratings for this hotel if that issue was resolved.

Pros:

Big bathroom and very comfortable bed. Very clean

Cons:

There are only 2 routes in and out to the main roads. Took 45 min just to get on the highway during rush hour.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean.
The beds were comfy with a good selection of pillows. The kitchenette was well equipped and great to use. We even had a kettle.
It was a great stay. The location is great with easy (driving) access to.the city

The fact that i paid $408.00 gor 2 nights to have my rokm right beside the elevator and all the noise at night especially on Saturday and the the mattreses were horrible my back was hurting from the springs

I loved everything about the hotel from the staff to the location to the room Size - highly recommend staying here.
Room size - For solo traveller its perfect there is space for luggage and carry ons as well as a big bathroom the room was clean when I got there and always got fresh towels everyday - there was a mini kitchen as well which was really good - the fridge was big as well which was really beneficial and the hotel gym was very useful. I really enjoyed the hotel breakfast as well lots of variety.
The location - this location is perfect for those that are looking for something quiet there are a few food options nearby but if you do not have a car then you will need to uber around the city.
