Perfect location, and what a massive shout-out to the Receptionist(s) at the front desk. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made our arrival seem less.Truly exceptional customer service.

The room was extremely very nice and clean, beds incredibly comfortable more than we expected.

Top notch and delicious breakfast buffet, we really enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely come. Our 3 nights stay was not enough.

We will stay here again.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Even the cleaning staff member who was in the hallway in the morning as we left our room to check out was very friendly. She asked if we were checking out, did we enjoy our stay and hoped we would come back again. Breakfast was good. The breakfast sandwiches were a appreciated. Good variety. Our king suite room was a surprise. It had a full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dishes, etc. We decided to order dinner in and these amenities made eating in so much easier!

Cons:

Evening staff member was glued to her phone: I went out to my vehicle to get something. Upon returng to the lobby, there was a man entering ahead of me who I felt looked a bit "sketchy". He said hi to female staff member at front desk but I don't believe she acknowledged him as she was leaning against back wall and was totally engrossed with her phone. He went around the corner going in direction of elevators. He briefly stopped to talk on his phone and I went past him to the elevators. When he came to use the elevators at the same time as me, I didn't feel comfortable getting on the elevator so I went back to lobby and stood in area of concession items. The staff member never once looked up to ask if I needed help or if everything was o.k. Eventually I went back to the elevator and the man was gone so I returned to my room. I did report this incident to the front desk the next morning. That staff member (I forget her name) thanked me for letting her know and said that she would be advising her manager about it.
