Pros:

Viešbutyje apsistojame jau antrą kartą ir vėl likome labai patenkinti! Vieta kiek toliau nuo miesto centro, tačiau centrą patogiai galima pasiekti ir pėsčiomis. Aplink yra kavinukių ir mini marketų. Kambarys buvo jaukus, tvarkingas ir patogus, viskas, ko reikia maloniam poilsiui.
Ypač norime pagirti viešbučio personalą – visi darbuotojai buvo labai draugiški, malonūs ir paslaugūs. Visada pasiruošę padėti ir atsakyti į klausimus.
Smagu čia sugrįžti, todėl drąsiai rekomenduoju šį viešbutį ir kitiems. Jei dar kartą lankysimės šiame mieste, tikrai rinksimės šį viešbutį!

Hotel znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Cicho, czysto, nowocześnie. W hotelowym pokoju na wyposażeniu jest wszystko co potrzebne.

Pros:

Сніданки були смачними та різноманітними, щодня був хороший вибір страв. Номер загалом залишив приємне враження, а розташування готелю є дуже зручним для знайомства з Прагою.

Cons:

Найбільше розчарував рівень сервісу на рецепції. Спілкування з персоналом не відповідало очікуванням від готелю такого рівня: бракувало привітності та доброзичливості. Також склалося враження надмірного контролю за гостями під час проходу до сніданку і назад, що створювало певний дискомфорт.
Номер мав скошену стелю, а ліжко було розташоване безпосередньо під нею. Через це виникало відчуття обмеженого простору, що негативно впливало на комфорт відпочинку.
Окремо здивувала необхідність внесення грошової застави під час заселення. Було б доречно чітко повідомляти про цю умову ще на етапі бронювання, щоб для гостей це не ставало несподіванкою.

Wir kommen im Dezember wieder 😁.

Am besten hat uns die moderne Einrichtung, die Betten, sowie die Klimatisierung gefallen.

Cons:

Die Brötchen könnten etwas härter sein, die waren sehr weich.
