Bien en conjunto
Pros:

Las habitaciones grandes y espaciosas. Una buena ubicación bien conectada con el centro con transporte publico.

Cons:

El trato de los trabajadores del restaurante. Solo hablaban checho, era imposible comunicarse con ellos y ponia que ofrecian pan sin gluten y no fue asi.

Pros:

Otel genel olarak güzeldi. Çalışanlar fazlasıyla ilgiliydi. Otelden çıkmamıza rağmen valizimizi ücretsiz olarak gün boyu bırakmamıza izin verdiler.

Cons:

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt: Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft schmutzig; eine Nachreinigung erfolgte trotz Beschwerde nicht. Wegen der mangelnden Hygiene habe ich auf das Frühstück verzichtet. Zudem war es durch die Lage neben dem Putzmittelraum sehr laut und roch unangenehm nach Chemikalien. Die Warmwasserversorgung war unzuverlässig und das Personal leider wenig hilfreich. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, saubere Zimmer, Personal nett.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind extremst! hellhörig. Man hört jedes Wort vom Gang/Stiegenhaus und die Zimmertür- Schließer sind so eingestellt, dass die Türen mit einem lauten Knall ins Schloß fallen. Nicht witzig, wenn eine Schulklasse mit über 40 Personen zwischen 23.00 und 01.00 ein und ausgeht. Zimmer 101 über der Eingangs Lobby ist worst case. Die Vorhänge haben nicht richtig geschlossen und abgedunkelt, zudem hört man zusätzlich die in der Lobby sitzenden Gäste. Um 02.17. habe ich mich dann beschwert und für die letzte Nacht ein anderes Zimmer verlangt. Ohropax haben nicht viel gebracht. Die Schlüsselkarten mussten 2x neu bebucht werden, weil sie vom Lift verweigert wurden.

Nettes Stadthotel, zentral gelegen
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal, da recht zentral gelegen, Zimmer sind neu und sauber. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und der Kaffee hat sehr gut geschmeckt

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer zur Straße gelegen und die Menschen/Gäste waren in der Nacht sehr laut- nächstes Mal würde ich ein Zimmer Richtung Innenhof buchen.
