La ubicación y limpieza.
El aire acondicionado es ruidoso y no enfría suficiente.
Lokalizacja korzystna, w pobliżu środki transportu publicznego, bardzo dobre śniadania, w pokoju i łazience czysto. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z personelem hotelu. Świetny na weekendowe wyjazdy.
Byliśmy w pokoju od ulicy, niestety przy otwartych oknach głośno od wczesnych godzin porannych. Mało miejsca do parkowania, miejsca parkingowe dostępne były w sąsiednim hotelu. Warto wcześniej rezerwować.

Snídaně malý výběr.
Co se mi nelíbilo, že se personál hádá před hosty, jak na snídaně u kuchyně, tak na recepci. Tohle si myslím, že by se mělo řešit mimo dosah hostů.
příjemný, prakticky zařízený pokoj, maximální pohodlí, snídaně byla taktéž pestrá a velmi dobrá
skvělé by byly rolety, které by nepropouštěly světlo. v noci dovnitř i přes stažené rolety svítilo (nejspíše z protějších oken), zároveň z vedlejší staff room se v nepravidelných intervalech ozývaly zvuky, obojí mě velmi rušilo při spaní

The concierge who helped us load our luggage into the car was exceptionally polite and professional. We would like to thank him for his kindness.
The staff and their mindset are definitely the main problem! They seem to view their guests as potential thieves. We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and left again at around 10:00 a.m. the very same day. I will not forget what we experienced in just six hours. In a single word: terrible.
As soon as you check in, they place a hold on a certain amount of money on your credit card in case you take something from the room (yes, this is exactly how they explain it). I had never encountered anything like this before. We chose this hotel because of its high rating and what appeared to be a certain standard of quality. For us, staying at a quality hotel is one of the most important aspects of any trip.
The staff constantly keep an eye on you. During breakfast, a female staff member stood nearby monitoring what guests were taking like a Gestapo agent. She watched how much people put on their plates and whether they were taking anything at all. She continuously walked around observing everyone. It was unbelievable. We felt so uncomfortable that we finished our breakfast as quickly as possible, packed up, and checked out.
To make matters worse, when checking out, they had the audacity to tell us that the security deposit would only be reviewed after 2:00 p.m., once housekeeping had inspected the room. Even after we explained that we were leaving the country and would not be there, the long-haired blond male receptionist with a cross earring responded with a smirk and a rather arrogant attitude. At that point, I completely lost my patience. When I reacted, he tried to apologize and explain himself, but I told him that, because of his attitude, I was not willing to accept his explanation and left.
There are several other issues I could mention, but I have tried to summarize our experience in the short time we spent there. Words are insufficient to describe our disappointment.
