The pillows and complimentary chocolate strawberries
1. The breakfast was dry every day and horrible. A 3 star hotel could do better. Not worth even £10pp (it was over £20!)
2. The staff service was awful, incredibly inattentive at breakfast
3. The hotel in colombia are money hungry and put on a breakfast tip for inattentive staff. When I asked to remove this they did not - I felt that they took advantage of a perceived language barrier to keep this on. Although they understood english every time else. The breakfast and the staff was definitely not worth the tip
4. The AC did not work in 913, I was boiling on the last night
5. The toilet door touched the toilet - terrible design! Even in space conscious countries its better!

The bedroom (once we changed to a rear facing room) was incredibly spacious, quiet and luxurious. The bed was to dream of! The room had everything you needed and more! The service was impeccable. The gym was fully equipped and well kept. The breakfast was amazing too!
Nothing - only thing is that the rooms facing the street can be noisy if you’re sensitive to noise as there is a lot of construction around.

Location, very central, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great service, bed super comfy. Nice decor, no complaints.

We arrived in the evening from the airport. Our room was a decent size with good air con. The bathroom had L’Occitane products and a decent over bath shower. My only negative is the lighting in the room was dreadful ! Theres dim lights by the bed and one spotlight on one side of the room. We had to use our phone torches to unpack.
We had dinner on the first evening which was really nice and great service.
Breakfast was good, a lovely spread of fruit, yoghurts, pastries and so on.
We used the gym both days - it has a couple of treadmills, cross trainers, bike and a few weights (not many) but was fine.
Every member of staff we encountered was very friendly and professional.
The area is really nice, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. We had a great stay..

My wife and I spent 3 nights here in a luxury king room. We thought the place was great and would definitely stay again.
The hotel is located in the Nord neighborhood which is one of the nicer areas of Bogota. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a good brewpub (Cerveceria Gigantes). The Sofitel is located next to the Four Seasons Bogota.
The hotel is very quiet with most guests staying there for business. Even though it’s fairly large (100 rooms or so is my guess) it feels like a boutique hotel.
The room was spacious with a huge bed and nice bathroom. WiFi worked well and we got several English news channels.
We had breakfast each morning and dinner one night. The restaurant is very good.
Employees were friendly and always helpful.
We used their car service to the airport and the cost was the same as we paid for an official taxi for our incoming ride. We should have used it a few more times as we had some problems with Uber.
Highly recommended.
