Крайне разочарована отношением к гостям. При бронировании было указано, что действует бесплатная отмена. Однако из-за внезапных проблем со здоровьем мне пришлось отменить бронирование всего через 30 минут после его оформления. Я сразу же позвонила в объект размещения, чтобы сообщить о ситуации, но мне ответили, что деньги не вернут.
После обращения в службу поддержки Booking.com был направлен официальный запрос с просьбой отменить штраф, учитывая, что отмена была произведена практически сразу после бронирования и по уважительной причине. Несмотря на это, объект размещения отказался пойти навстречу и отклонил запрос.
Такое отношение говорит о полном отсутствии клиентоориентированности и желания искать разумное решение даже в очевидных исключительных обстоятельствах. Если для вас важно человеческое отношение, гибкость и готовность помочь гостю в непредвиденной ситуации, я бы не рекомендовала выбирать это место. Мой опыт оставил исключительно негативное впечатление.
