El checkin muy lento, en varias ocasiones me confirmaron la estadia y yo confirmé el pago pero al llegar que no les registraba, pese a que ya se había enviado y hablado por teléfono confirmando el pago La habitación se demoraron en entregarla con la excusa que la estaban aseando

over booking
Pros:

they over book their apartments. booked for 6 nights, i arrived there with taxi just to find out that the house was full allready. so i had no place to stay and had to pick just some place to stay. definitely not convenient for me, as i also have ordered one camera part to this address but will not get it now because of this booking mess. i can simply not return anymore, if there is so serious management problems with bookings. it is a very big mess for the customer when suddenly there is no room, and have arrived with taxi + all the bags, and then have to figure out where to stay that night and with all bags travel again with taxi to some new place and figure out check in there. this mess took very much of my time and smashed my plans.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

We felt very welcomed in this place. We could ask many questions, they were answered very well :)
The only negativ thing has been the showers which were not hot, sometimes even not warm.
And when you book this hotel, you schould check the location, because its not completly in the center.
