Toilet was Stopped up and No manger available
Pros:

The tub was stopped up and water was not able to drain when taking a shower. The toilet was stopped up and did not flush and ran all night. The air conditioner or any air for that matter did not come on. We heard the loud sounds of the air conditiner from the room next to us. It was hot in the room we complained as soon as we got there and was not issued another room. There was no manger available. These were all sanitary issues that should have never happened. Luckily we only had a one night stay. It was a horrible experience for the money we paid. Will never stay again.

Overnight Stay
Pros:

This was a overnight stay. The online check-in was easy, and the room was clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The inhouse breakfast was adequate. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I will be back. I travel for work 4 times a year and this is where I stay.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The property is clean and accessible to shopping and restaurants. I feel safe at this hotel. I travel alone for work so feeling safe is important.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a small issue with our mini fridge and staff immediately jumped to the task of finding a solution.
