Elevator shook.
This place was really good! Relatively close to Ocean city (15 min). Super clean and quiet! Staff was nice. Rooms are a decent size for price. Beds were comfortable! I would definitely cone back! Breakfast had alot of variety.
Not much negative to say. If I had to be super nit picky... the TV was odd. Numerous had to be put up very high to actually hear it.
Very nice, shower pressure was awsome.
Only issue was old molding food left in refrigerator from prior guests.
Staff was friendly, free breakfast, showers were great, facilities were clean, location to the shore points.
Expensive to stay.
NOTHING
It was a nightmare. Booking.com was a nightmare. I called for 3 days prior to our check in date and was told there was now reservation for me, even thugh I had a confirmation number and several text messages and emails confirming it.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location (near enough to Ocean City) was good. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and the Lidl down the street was convenient. The price of the room was much cheaper than places in Ocean City and the outdoor pool was clean and a nice retreat after a long day. The gym was also well equipped.
There was nothing I disliked, but if I were to make one recommendation it would be to replace the hallway carpet. It's looking a bit worn out.

We stayed here while in the area for our Family Reunion. Our group had several rooms (approx 30 people) and hotel staff were courteous the entire time. The kids in our group enjoyed the pool area and the location was great…. Quick ride into Atlantic City as well. The complimentary breakfast was a bit skimpy (I’ve seen better) but it was July 4th weekend. The rooms were spacious and included the microwave/mini fridge. I slept very comfortable on the bed and don’t recall hearing any loud noises from the next room. One family member had to extend her stay (an extra night) due to her flight being cancelled by the airline at the last minute on the morning of her intended departure — the hotel staff promptly assisted her. I’d certainly stay at this location for any future visits to the area.
While safe, clean, and convenient to the Garden State and Atlantic City, this Hampton Inn is "average" when it comes to being customer centric. We checked in on Sunday for one night - the hotel had no coffee lids, no plates (we ate waffles from tiny paper bowls), and no shampoo in the dispensers. When we asked about these items, the staff said, "we ran out, no deliveries yet." No apology, no concern... (especially from the breakfast pantry woman... she was not too happy). Geez, there's a Walmart 3 minutes away - the manager could have easily sent someone down to remedy these simple issues for all their guests for just a few bucks. Leadership could have made a difference.
Oh well, it was a good stay... just a few little snags that were less than a Hilton-brand experience.

The mattress was terrible. It was slanted on one side, mushy and lumpy. When was the last time they replaced the mattresses?
Breakfast was good with alot of options.
The pillows were not what I prefer but that's hard to please everyone.
I have very hospitality. I will come back anytime.
