Pros:

Останавливалась с 4 января 2020 по 7 января 2020, брала с завтраком, что подтверждает бронирование. Оказалось, кафе не работает до 19 января, за не предоставленные завтраки деньги не вернули, сказали, что завтраки оплачивают на месте, но в бронировании указанно, что в стоимость входит.

Три пишем, два в уме.
Pros:

Выбрали этот отель, поскольку в его описании была бесплатная парковка, мы приехали в Москву на машине. На самом деле никакой парковки нет. Есть пространство между домами, еле-еле нашли место.
В брони была четко написано: бесплатный завтрак, бесплатный WiFi и бесплатная парковка. Из обещанного был только WiFi.
Завтрака тоже не оказалось. Его почему-то надо было заказывать заранее.В целом апартаменты были нормальные.
Не надо только обманывать клиентов заведомо ложной информацией!
