Как мы чуть не стались без гостиницы 31 декабря
Pros:

Приехали 31 декабря в 15 часов. Бронирование было оплачено на 100 %. Моё бронирование представитель объекта размещения не нашёл (хотя до этого я им писал предварительно). Мне предложили самому выяснить, почему так получилось. Долго дозванивался до представителей hotels.com. в итоге они час общались с представителем гостиницы, (выяснилось, что проблема была со стороны отеля) после мне сказали, что я могу заселяться. Никто даже не извинялся перед нами. Кстати, в апартаментах прокуренный запах. Неприятное ощущение осталось...
