There were renovations happening in lobby was extremely noisy elevators kept breaking down.
Booked an early check in and sent msg to hotel however no rooms were available until 4pm std check in time.

The hotel is under renovation...
Pros:

I used booking.com and thought that I have reserved a suite with a balcony. Turns out I did not. When I asked to leave because I did not want to stay in the middle of a renovation they said I was in a renovated room and they would not be able to offer a refund. They did give me a couple bottles of water. The light in my renovated room is flickering on and off as I write this and the ice machine in the hallway is sreeching. Recommend avoiding this property.

Pros:

Ao chegarmos às 7 da manhã o hotel tinha cancelado nossa estadia (férias com um deficiente em espera). Reservamos o dia anterior para entrarmos cedo. Booking confirmou e cartão aprovou. Mandei e-mail informando que chegaríamos de madrugada. Na hora ! Reserva cancelada. Disseram que mandaram email mas não tinha nenhum email. Pessoal experiência para um hotel desse nível. Estragaram nossas férias . Arrumaram outro quarto horas depois mas o que passamos destruiu todo o encanto.

The good thing was that they didn't charge us for parking, it has a Starbucks on the first floor, and the location is good, but there are better options closer to the airport. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

Cons:

The building and furniture are old, probably from the 90s, and are poorly maintained. The carpet is old and looks dirty, both inside the bedroom and in the hallway. It smells bad—dirty, damp, like cigarettes. There are no electrical outlets near the bed. They are currently remodeling, and you have to pay a hefty entrance

No hot water, wifi did not work in the room. Got an old room which was very updated. Coffee machine provided had no milk. Also they have a lot of construction work happening which we weren’t aware of before we booked.

DISAPPOINTED. Love Hilton. Would not call it one.
Pros:

The Hilton property itself was very nice. Landscaping, shuttle service from airport, staff, clean and pleasant. However, from what you expect from a Hilton NOT there.

Cons:

To us it is NOT a Hilton. At a Hilton, you expect a nice restaurant, a nice lounge, and just a classy autsphire. This place had you locked in and they knew it, nothing near and almost all arrived by shuttle. Inside bar area closed. Restaurant on strict time. If you want something to snack on they had a, looked like a come and go, VERY expensive, no selection, and rude. NOT what you expect from a Hilton.

Its location

Cons:

The “upgraded” room (good view) was old and shabby and the toilet filthy… even after several flushes. The property was being refurbished and was very difficult to navigate and was noisy. Each area of the hotel was noisy. Better to close the hotel for a few days, whilst work is performed.
