La amabilidad de los empleados. Todos super amables.

Cons:

el precio del estacionamiente es desmedido: $45 la noche. Hay un precio especial de $38 a los huespedes, pero no te dan el sticker para obtenerlo, entonces, luego de preguntar dos veces, fuue que me lo dieron. Aun asi, el precio para los huespedes deberia ser menor.

Perhaps when the renovation work is complete it would be a good choice
Pros:

The staff were great, Beatrice at the makeshift recption made me feel very welcome. The free shuttle to and from the airport was super handy. The room was large though felt a bit rundown, for example the mirror surrounds in my bathroom was all cracked

Cons:

This hotel was unfortnately undergoing major renovation works, which I hadn't been aware off. As a result the hotel felt like a building site with many areas moved or corderned off. The main entrance we closed off and there was a makeshift front of house is a random events room which you had to follow a series of arrows to find. Had I know about this in advance I think I'd have chosen somewhere else to stay

Beleza natural do local, quartos amplos, limpos.

Cons:

Na época, estava bem desorganizado devido a reforma grande que estão fazendo. Restaurantes de qualidade mediana.

Stay before going to cruise
Pros:

I love the hotel and amenities! 24 hours pool time and ambiance is beatiiful!

Cons:

It is just away from everything. Good thing they have complimentary bus for airport. Would be good if we rent a car
