There was hair on the bathroom floor. The hot wasn’t warm and the jets were broken. The coffee maker was broken and they only gave us 1 reg coffee packet. We told the office staff and asked for a manager and the guy said he was the person to talk to and he would only give us free coffee, he said he couldn’t do anymore than that, we have never experienced such terrible service.

Hotel is in poor condition, very rundown not very clean and maintenance is poor; management should be ashamed of themselves. Waiting times at the desk are very long as well. Hilton used to be a high class chain, but they have lowered their standards a lot unfortunately.

Location is great for a place near the airport and cruise port. This was my second stay. First stay was great. This trip was a bit different. Staff didn’t seem as friendly and the room had issues. (The sliding door for the bathroom wouldn’t stay closed. It kept rolling back open.) The phone had no cord. (I needed to call the front desk. ) Both beds were very uncomfortable. B

I liked that the check-in process was very fast and smooth. When I had an issue with my card, the staff at the front desk helped me right away and solved it quickly, which I appreciated.
I was told there are no stairs in the building, which was a bit concerning in case of emergencies. Also, my room key didn’t work in the elevator twice, and the doors closed while we were inside. We got stuck and I pressed the call button, but it didn’t work. Luckily someone came later and opened the doors from the outside. When they pressed the call button, it suddenly worked. The strange part was that the next day when I took the elevator again, it was still showing that it was calling. It made me wonder if someone actually responds if a guest gets stuck. Also, the bathroom door in my room didn’t lock properly, and the phone in the room didn’t work, so I couldn’t call reception or order anything.
