Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Comfortable and very clean. The staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast options were fabulous. And we enjoyed the use of pool/spa.

Cons:

Lots of noise from the street, sounded like someone was using a leaf blower at 8.30pm on a Monday night. Windows were shut yet it was so loud and disruptive.
Then in the ceiling in the morning - perhaps pipes taking water to showers?

Pros:

Incredible breakfast! Perfect location. Walking distance to sky tower and viaduct etc. Spa, sauna, steam room, ice baths. Amazing place. They pump the rooms with a delicious smell lol

Cons:

Very low lighting for eating our room service dinner and small bathroom

Really good.
Pros:

Super good location. Close to everything we needed.

Cons:

Some things were quite out dated (showers) and we couldn’t get a good temperature with how the taps worked haha. but nothing major!
