Great Lunch at the Hilton
Pros:

After a quick mid morning dip in the pool we wanted to grab a quick lunch at their restaurant before heading out. We ordered the Ceasar Salad with Salmon. What a very nice surprise - the salad was large and plenty for two people. The salmon filet was cooked to perfection and delicious. Our server Sabrina, was pleasant and friendly and added to our lunch experience. High fives to especially the chef and a nod to Sabrina as well. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic food
Pros:

The food here is fantastic. We have heard it is good, but just didn't expect this from a hotel restaurant. Had the salmon and the shepherd's pie. Best Shepherd 's pie I have ever had and the salmon was exceptional also! The patron margaritas were also amazing.

It was comfortable for sleeping

Friendly service. nice room

Cons:

The TV was cable and not smart and we like to watch TV when we’re relaxing. I couldn’t find things to watch.
We really need more of a suite. I did not research it enough. we would prefer a microwave in our room and a refrigerator.

Hilton Tuscon East Not For Me
Pros:

It seemed like they were trying to get more money out of us from the moment we walked in the door. Watch them for hidden fees. Rooms are nothing special. Food was over-priced and not that good. Staff seemed like they were on their first day at work. I will not visit this again and may not ever visit a Hilton again.

Overral good but disappoint with incidental holds
Pros:

This hotel was nice,customer service was good,Linda at reception was the best and very helpful.I stayed 11 nights The only disappointment is that they take an incidental hold of 75$ almost equivalent to what they charge for the room. Unused and now it's a problem to get the refund. I have sent repeated emails,sent my folio and evidence from my bank account. Initially I was getting responses from different representatives asking the same thing over and over. Then they seemed to have blocked me,I emailed the hotel directly I got one response and after that silence. Without the incidental hold they wont even check you in. I now dont understand why it's so hard to give back. This is truly disappointing.

This place used to be nicer
Pros:

Hotel is getting older, definitely needs update, and for Tucson, and there are plenty of space, the back of the building is totally empty and not gated then they have to charge $15+ tax a night to park when there are so much space, towels are old with holes and yellowish color instead of white, when I asked for a manager and the front desk lady said no manager is on duty, and didn’t say a word after.

Customer service in today's world
Pros:

I am always complaining to my husband about how customer service has declined with the new generation. But with this evening the hotel representative went out of her way to make sure we were completely taken care of and satisfied with adding another night stay. Thank you Elisha for being so accommodating and understanding and nice. Great job keep up the great work.
