Nice on the outside but the rooms need work.
Pros:

The bed was super comfy & had soft pillows.

Cons:

We stayed in room 645. The ac made a horrible noise, the tvs hardly worked. We could only watch 3 out of the 40 channels because the tv just kept cutting in and out. They took the HDMI out of the tv in the bedroom so we couldn't even use a Roku or Firestick. The wall in the livingroom was peeling, the wall in the bedroom by the patio door had bubbles in it, looked like it had water damage. The ceiling to the right of the bed had spots on it that looked like water damage. For Two nights we paid over $800. It was a nice hotel, but was absolutely not worth that price!! I very much regret not taking pictures to post before we left this morning.

Wonderful experience!
Pros:

The location was perfect! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We liked the accommodations so much that we returned the following day with new reservations. 5 days after that, we returned again!

Cons:

I would have liked to have a couple of "firm" pillows, not just soft ones, so I brought my own.

An amazing hotel for an amazing price
Pros:

The prices are amazing, it's extremely clean the staff is always so friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms are super spacious.
We've stayed here a few times and I have yet to find a hotel as nice as this for the price in tucson we will drive out of the way to stay here anytime we're in Tucson!

Pros:

I ran into a housekeeper by the name of Crasencio. Very positive and energetic attitude. It made my stay memorable and someone with just good energy can make your day great.

Cons:

The location is great.

Cons:

We had so much water damage in our room it was insane and our bathroom wasn’t even cleaned. Very gross and very disturbing to us.
