Nice hotel but meh stay.
Pros:

The food at the restaurant was amazing, the pool was nice.

Cons:

The ac turned into a swamper making everything wet and sticky, the bed had a spring broken so gave me a bruise on my leg and hard to sleep. The people in the room next door were very loud, woke me up at 630am. The shower didnt drain and had no hot water. People were smoking weed at the pool, which was an inconvenience since there was a baby in the party.

Excellent experience, would recommend and will book again
Pros:

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds with pillows to die for and excellent coffee! Great dining, well manicured grounds and a very convenient mercado in the lobby. Staff is very friendly and quick to provide requests for the room.

Cons:

This wouldn’t prevent me from booking again but I didn’t love the daily fee for parking. It’s an extra fee not included in the hotel room price and with no valet service, could be a tad inconvenient walking with a lot of luggage.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

parking was difficult, bed was not comfortable. Pool was small and outside - no towels stocked.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the water ran halfway up on the bathroom floor. Like the drain was not draining properly.
