Great property!
Clean and presentable
Everything was good at the property
There was nothing I liked. Even though they did not have my reserved room available, we choose to utilize the restaurant for dinner. The food was alright, but the service was terrible.
I did not stay at the hotel - because my reservation was not honored. I requested a change to the initial reservation through Booking.com and messaged the property about changing the date. I received a confirmation that the booking was changed - but when I showed up to check in - there was no room reserved for me. The hotel was full. Then, I found out that I was charged a no-show fee for the original booking date that was confirmed as changed. I believe a refund is due to me.
Very little except close to area shopping
Loud, in need of a lot of repair, the staff allowed a conference of kids to be unchaperoned in the lobby had to ask multiple times for simple things I.e. fixing the TV that rarely worked, hard to get hot water, kids and drinks banging on guest room doors all hours of the night. No stairs between floors only an elevator
Great location and clean.
They charge for parking now.
I requested an early check in 1 month in advance of my stay. They never got back to me after requesting multiple times. On the day of check in, they said they couldn’t accommodate the request because they were busy. That was frustrating but understandable. But when I arrived at 4pm at check in time, they said they wouldn’t have a king bed room (which I reserved and paid for) available for 2 hours. I had to be somewhere and couldn’t wait 2 hours to get into my room so we took a queen bed room. I booked this room 2 months in advance. Poor management and planning to not have a guest room available at check in time. Additionally, I should have been refunded the difference of a king vs queen room but they didn’t provide that as an option or even apologize for the inconvenience.

Great location
Close to where I needed to be. The view from bedroom window was pretty.
Bathrooms seemed old and dirty. The price was a bit high, the pool was underwhelming and the breakfast was ok.
Banquet room pool.
Stain in toilet , tile falling off behind toilet.
Lots of parking, and plenty to do nearby
Someone left something in the refrigerator and it went bad - the smell is awful. I texted the staff, the staff asked if I would like it replaced, and I responded that I would like the refrigerator replaced. However, no one ever showed up.
Also, the vent in the bathroom is covered in thick dust. It needs cleaned in the worst way possible.
