Service of Excellence
Pros:

The service staff in the ballroom was so amazing! Kevin and Barb were very accommodating and the food was delicious, fresh and hot. They helped with anything we asked for and even the even staff helping with keeping the drinks station stacked up was great. Definitely made this week long training much easier to deal with. Thanks Barb and Kevin!

Exceptional Service
Pros:

Sabrina, Alex, Clara, Mama Hilton, Sheila, and I imagine more were very pleasant and welcoming! Clara took such quality time booking our room while Mama Hilton was alongside her greeting and checking in other guests and still had time to make us feel at home too. Then, at dinner everyone made us feel so special and made sure all was wonderful!

Staying at Hilton
Pros:

I enjoyed the view and comfortability of the room, breakfast was really good, and the staff was very nice and accomodating

Cons:

Someone tried to open my room door on the last day, before I checked out. It concerned me a little since it was still around 8am when it happened

We love the hilton Tucson east! The front desk staff, restaurant staff and really all the employees are fantastic and helpful! The food ia good, the pool is pretty and what it lacks is renovations it retains in location!

For the price our stay was nice
The hotel itself is showing wear. Beat up walls, tired linens, lacking hot water, drain slightly backing up. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The coffee house in the lobby did not open till 10AM or so, but there was coffee available for a premium in the restsurant.

It was alright. I will not stay again. I will go to embassy suites.

The bar people and the cleaning lady.

Cons:

Pool was dirty and I had to clean it Sat morning because it was very dirty.
The front desk could not find my booking reservation again!! I had to rebook and the next day they charged us 509 dollars for a vaping charge and I don’t vape. They charged me 500 517 and 179 twice.

Flawless Hospitality and Service from the Front Desk Team!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Tucson East for four days (June 4 - 8, 2026) to attend a wedding and visit some old friends, and I want to give a massive shout-out to the front desk staff. From the moment of check-in to my departure, the front office team was consistently friendly, hospitable, welcoming, and efficient.

In particular, the front desk manager, Alicia, absolutely stood out. She brings a wonderfully down-to-earth personality and an easygoing, yet thoroughly professional and personable attitude that immediately sets a welcoming tone for the property.

My schedule was incredibly tight with social commitments, meaning I often returned to the hotel quite late and for short bursts throughout the day. No matter the hour, the staff at the front desk was professional, warm, and quick to assist with any logistical needs or inquiries. Great service from the time a guest walks into a hotel for check in can make or break a trip, and Alicia and her front desk team are a massive asset to this property. Thank you for the wonderful care!

They gave us keys to a room that wasn’t cleaned. The next night we were met by police when stepping off the elevator because there was some sort of issue. Room didn’t have a microwave. Was not told I had to pay for parking until I checked out. Front desk staff was not very knowledgeable about Tucson and struggled to answer questions about where to go for certain things. Ice machines were filthy.
