The pool was a good size. The staff did a great job planning activities for kids. My kids loved the craft room and scavenger hunt.

Comfortable, fun, and great for making family memories.
Pros:

Such a comfortable stay, and so convenient and fun with little ones. We loved the pool, the character visit at night, the location in proximity to the village and aquarium. It was our second stay and won’t be our last!

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location, no breakfast included in your stay.
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful. We were able to walk from the hotel to the aquarium. On Saturday they played a movie in the pool which we thought was very cool. Would definitely stay again ave recommend to friends and family.

Cons:

Having to pay extra to eat at the hotel we already paid over $500 to stay at was not something we were pleased about. Ended up getting food elsewhere most of our stay.

Greasy location and wonderfully kid friendly stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our trip to Mystic. It was so easy to walk across the street to the Aquarium and Old Mistick Village. It was also only a short drive to the downtown area.

Cons:

The bathrooms are dated and could use a deeper clean.

Stay away from room 134
Pros:

Please stay away from room 134, room has no window, sliding door has protective film and is facing indoor pool. Noise from the pool was until 9pm
Hotel app failed to mention that room will not have a window.

Close to all the best parts of Mystic, but the room left much to be desired
Pros:

The location was great and the lobby looked amazing. The room was clean.

Cons:

Kind of small complaints, but they compounded. The water pressure in the shower was poor, the toilet paper dispenser was behind the toilet which I have never seen before; it was pretty uncomfortable to reach back to get what you needed for toilet paper. There was a light in the closet that was malfunctioning, for several nights it was like a strobe light going off and even with the closet door shut, you could see it through the door vents. My friend and I found the beds uncomfortable. The faucet to the shower was backwards, cold was hot, hot was cold. I know we are not the highest class people, but for staying in a Hilton, we expected something just a bit more than what we got.

Will definitely stay again. Great hotel and location.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. Can walk across the street to the village, shops, restaurants and the aquarium. They also have a great bar and restaurant on site. Plenty of parking and just a short drive into town for more shops and dining. The towels were pretty rough and could have been softer but everything else was great. We will definitely be back and stay again.
