Pros:

Disappointed
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, however, the attention from staff is lacking. Requested extra pillows in my reservation due to a spinal cord issue - but there were no extra pillows in room upon check-in and the carpet was dirty with visible lint and white 'strings" over it. Toilet paper in bathroom was only an empty cardboard roll. Called front desk at 4:30 PM for extra pillows and toilet paper and was told it would be sent right up. Noted we were going out to dinner and would be gone for several hours. Front desk stated items would be in our room before we returned. Came back at 9:00 PM to find no extra pillows or any toilet paper had been delivered. Called front desk and no one answered for a solid half hour. Got a return call as they could see how many missed calls they had from our room only to hear how "busy" they were. Had to request pillows and TP again and then had to wait another 20 minutes for those to arrive. Next morning got out of bed and scraped my calf on a sharp metal piece of the bed frame which cut my leg. Disappointed..... Our stay was not up to the standards we have experienced at other Hiltons.

A very relaxing short stay which put us “Back on track” after a not so good experience in New York.
Pros:

Beautiful location. Well designed hotel with lovely decor an well thought out sailing/ocean theme. Breakfast was excellent with lovely staff.

Cons:

Everything was fabulous.

Great place and location
Pros:

We, my family and I, love the room with the jacuzzi and how comfortable the bed and the room overall was. The place was beautiful. And the location was very convenient, right across from the Mystic Aquarium.
