Es lohnt sich insgesamt schon das Hotel zu buchen, aber man darf nicht zu viel erwarten.
Pros:

Die Lage von Hotel ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist auch sauber.

Cons:

Das Bad und das Zimmer war voneinander getrennt. Man hatte einen Flur überqueren müssen um ins Badezimmer zu kommen. Ich kann hier aber nicht beurteilen, ob das bei jedem Zimmer der Fall ist. Jedenfalls im Stockwerk Nr. 5 war es so. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber leider war die Auswahl nicht groß. Brötchen gab es keine. Lediglich Brot in verschiedenen Sorten. Rührei gab es nicht nur gekochte Eier. 2 Sorte Käse und 2 Sorten Wurst.

Très propre.
Réception et service correcte.

Cons:

Je vais être honnête:
Je n’ai jamais été dans un hôtel où on doive se cogner la tête pour arriver à se laver les dents… même au Guatemala!
Minuscule salle de bain et lavabo,
tablette en céramique trop grande pour la surface recouvrant quasiment l’entier du lavabo et empêchant de s’en servir correctement!
Robinet vieillot trop rapproché de la tablette…
Mauvaise récupération architecturale de l’espace d’une petite chambre de bonne.

Deux petites étagères verticales sur les côtés autour du miroir auraient amélioré la praticité de l’endroit!

Schönes klassisches Hotel mit besonderen historischen Lift und guter Lage im Zentrum von Bern.
Pros:

Hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, das wirklich sehr klein war. Dafür war das Badezimmer neu und sehr schön. Zimmer war in einen Innenhof, wo ich meinte, dass es ruhig ist, aber jeden Abend hatte ich Disco-Musik und laute Bässe nebenan zum Glück nur bis 22:00 Uhr.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und am Abend war laute Disco-Musik mit teilweise extremen Bässen zu hören - bis 22:00 Uhr. Einzelreisende sollen bei der Buchung angeben, kein Zimmer Richtung Theater zu bekommen.

Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Wände sind ziemlich hellhörig.
Die EinzelZimmer sind sehr klein und die Betten/Matratzen sehr hart.

Alles prima, ich komme wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof Bern. Mein Zimmer war sehr klein, was ich wusste, aber sehr komfortabel, sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war lecker und in schönem Ambiente.

Cons:

Für mich war das Kopfkissen zu dick.

Le personnel était très sympa

Cons:

Chambre minuscule style chambre de bonne , et sans charme, pratiquement pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. Au final on s'est dit que c'était vraiment très cher pour ce que c'était.

Das glutenfreie Brot ist trotz toasten sehr schlecht, es zerfällt sofort und schmeckt sehr trocken.
Es gibt heutzutage deutlich bessere, glutenfreie Brote, die im TK gelagert werden können.

Cons:

Im Zimmer wäre für Doppelzimmer zweiter Hocker oder Stühl statt eines besser gewesen.
