Den Zauber Havannas mitten in Bern.
Pros:

Ich hatte kurzfristig was sehr günstiges gesucht, um an einer persönlichen Feier teilzunehmen. Einzelzimmer ohne DU/WC mit Frühstück.

Die erste Überraschung war der Lift, vermutlich noch aus der Belle Epoque 1911. Das letzte Mal fuhr ich mit sowas in Havanna.

Die zweite Überraschung war, dass mein Einzelzimmer nicht nur DU/WC hatte, sondern auch einen Zustieg zu einem kleinen Patio, wie ich ihn ebenfalls aus Spanien und Lateinamerika kannte. Eine lateinische Insel mitten in Bern :)

I'd say the location.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. When I arrived at around midnight, I found that my room was occupied by a man who was not a hotel guest. He left when I went to reception to look for assistance. There was also a strong and unpleasant smell in the room.
Unfortunately, there was no one available at the hotel after 21:00 to properly address the situation, and the emergency number was not answered. As a result, I had no choice but to find alternative accommodation in the middle of the night.
Having a room occupied by an unauthorised person is already extremely concerning, but the lack of staff or effective emergency support at night made the situation even more difficult and distressing. I would strongly encourage the hotel to review its security and out-of-hours support arrangements.

As a solo traveler, this was perfect!!
Pros:

Well located by train station with easy access to the old city. On light rail lines so could get anywhere in the region easily. Good breakfast! Clean. Friendly, kind staff.

Cons:

My room faced the light rail tracks that were noisy when the trains were running.

Durch Erfahrung mit dem Frühstück mit dem Minimalen Frühstücksangeb. schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverh.
Pros:

Das Team an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht, wir haben viele tolle Anregungen erhalten, wir waren mit allen Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption sehr zufrieden! Auch die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Mit dem Frühstück waren wir sehr unzufrieden! Zum einen gab es kaum Auswahl an Käse, Wust oder anderen Brotbelägen, auch gab es nur eine Brotsorte. Wenn etwas leer/aufgebraucht war, wurde es kaum selbständig von den Mitarbeitern aufgefüllt, andere Dinge gab es höchstens auf Nachfrage. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht sehr aufmerksam. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man wenn man in der zweiten Stunde des Frühstückangebots kam, man nicht willkommen ist. Eine halbe Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit, wurde schon angefangen abzubauen. Außerdem hatte man das Gefühl, dass die Mitarbeiter Essen/Getränke für sich selber "bunkern". So geschehen bei Eiern und Orangensaft, die Mitarbeiter haben sich während der Frühstückszeit daran selber bedient und dann noch nicht einmal selber nachgefüllt.

Great location in Bern
Pros:

Great location, easy walk from station and into the old city. Helpful staff and pleasant breakfast.

Cons:

Our room was on the 5th floor, in an old building - and it was hot. There was a ceiling fan and an open window, but the heat obviously rose up through the building and got trapped on the top floor. The corridors were much cooler than the room, which was very small, as was the bathroom.
The tiny lift (2people) was rather antiquated and only went up to the 4th floor. There were a lot of stairs if you weren’t keen to use the lift…it was 4 flights from street level just up to reception!
