A excellent location near the train station. Historical building with an interesting old elevator. Polite staff. Good breakfast. The room was small but equipped as expected according the hotel category.

Pros:

Gostei demais é da localização, pois fica pertinho da estação principal da Berna para viajar a outra cidade apenas 5 minutos a pé entre hotel e estação, e 15 minutos a pé do centro de capital da Suíça que tem tudo como lojas, shopping, mercados e tudo.
E 20 minutos a pé do rio considerado mais lindo, cristalino e limpo do mundo, possível nadar como piscina natural, isso que atraí muita gente
Então o hotel tem café da manhã razoável

Cons:

Não tem banheiro dentro do quarto, sim exterior que fica frente do quarto somente para hóspede do quarto como privado e ninguém entra, tem chave para banheiro privado, nada mal, mas o problema é abrir e fechar a porta do quarto, depois abrir e fechar o banheiro, isso que incomoda, era só isso
O preço do hotel não é barato, mas na verdade é mais barato do que outros hotéis por aí como boa localização e até café da manhã grátis, valeu a pena

L'emplacement était parfait, tout proche du centre ville. Le caractère de l'hôtel avec son ascenseur rétro. La gentillesse du personnel

Personal und Zimmer war sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Frühstück: Etwas lieblos, wenig Auswahl, trockene Gipfeli.
Anregung: Das Frühstück vor der Abreise ist der letzte Eindruck vom Aufenthalt.
Da wäre mit wenig Aufwand viel Potential für ein positieveren Endeindruck vorhanden.

Lage ist super, nah am Bahnhof, aber nicht zu laut.
Frühstück war gut. Ambiente war sehr schön.

Cons:

Fehlende Rezeption ab 2100 finde ich sehr negativ.
Zimmer war sehr warm.

La habitación y el baño muy cómodos, funcionales, éramos tres y tener dos sectores de habitación es bárbaro. Tiene un ascensor antiguo de madera precioso.

Cons:

Si tenes dificultades para subir escaleras al quinto piso se accede por escalera.

Leuk hotelletje voor een kort verblijf.
Pros:

Hotel National in Bern ligt op loopafstand van het treinstation en is een leuk, maar wel erg gedateerd hotel. De lift is echt een ervaring apart en doet onmiddelijk denken aan de film Grand Hotel Budapest. Wij hadden een kamer op zolder, wat niet per se voordelig is. De bedden waren redelijk, maar niet voor een langer verblijf dan 1 nacht. Prima als stopover, maar ook niet meer dan dat.
