Location is good and staff are very nice

Cons:

The room was in very bad condition, we tried to leave before check in time at 3pm but no compensation was provided. The room was sold for over €120 a night and we had to leave the first day because of the horrible conditions of the hotel. When we addressed this with the staff they were very polite but the property manager was rude and thought it was acceptable to rent out rooms at a very high price with horrible quality. The hygiene conditions were bad, the walls were peeling off their paint, there was paint chippings and rubbish on the floor, used hairbrushes. It was unlivable

Pros:

Très bon séjour au Crown Hôtel à Amsterdam. L’emplacement est parfait, idéal pour découvrir la ville facilement. L’accueil est particulièrement sympathique et chaleureux, ce qui est très appréciable.

La chambre était également d’une très bonne taille, avec suffisamment d’espace pour être confortable. Le rapport qualité-prix nous a semblé honnête pour Amsterdam.

Cons:

Le seul point faible concerne l’isolation phonique, qui pourrait être améliorée. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons cet hôtel pour son excellent emplacement et la qualité de son accueil.

Adoramos a hospedagem, nos atendeu perfeitamente bem.
Pros:

A localização é perfeita. É possível conhecer boa parte dos pontos turísticos a pé e fica bem próximo à estação de trem. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e nos auxiliaram em tudo que precisamos, inclusive para subir com as malas na escada e nos deram dicas de bares e restaurantes locais. Solicitei um quarto mais baixo devido as escadas pois estava viajando com a minha mãe e eles prontamente nos colocaram no 1º andar.

Dla osob oczekujących czystości i spokoju - wybóre tego hotelu to nie najlepszy wybór.
Pros:

Jedyną zaletą obiektu jest jego lokalizacja (bliskość centrum) Ta zaleta, dla osób, które wolą ciszę i spokój może być też wadą. Docenić należy też miły personel.

Cons:

Stosunek jakości do ceny jest fatalny. Przeciętna czystość pokoju, pościel nie wyglądająca na najbardziej czystą, niewielki pokój a przede wszystkim akustyka obiektu są fatalne. Mieliśmy nieszczęście sąsiadować z pokojem, w którym dosłownie przez CAŁĄ noc odbywały się awantury. Upojona alkoholem lub czymś innym spała na korytarzu pod naszymi drzwiami. Z powodu braku całodobowej recepcji nie można było interweniować w tej sprawie.

Pros:

I liked most of all the welcoming stuff working in the hotel especially Mohamad who was really kind and generous he even helped me planning the rest of my trip and made the reservations him self for me . I definetly recommend this hotel that’s at the same time central and in a calme place with a nice beautiful view

Il vero valore aggiunto di The Crown Hotel è la gentilezza del personale alla reception, sempre pronto ad aiutare e a fornire qualsiasi tipo di indicazione.
Abbiamo apprezzato tanto la possibilità di avere tè, caffè e acqua a disposizione nella hall.
Carina la presenza del micio.
Posizione strategica per visitare la città, a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione centrale dei treni e vicino ai punti nevralgici di Amsterdam.

Cons:

Le scale sono davvero molto ripide (ma questo è abbastanza scontato ad Amsterdam) e non è stato un grosso problema, anche perché, volendo, ti aiutano a portare i bagagli direttamente in camera.
