Ótima Estadia.
Pros:

Atendimento excelente e localização maravilhosa! Nossa passagem era tarde e estávamos com muitas malas, conseguimos deixá-las no hotel após o checkout para visitar a cidade o que nos ajudou muito!

Cons:

Você consegue ouvir alguns barulhos dos outros hóspedes chegando à noite.

Great location and great experience. Basic room and shared bathroom.
Pros:

Great location and room and shared bathroom were clean. Staff were incredibly welcoming.

Cons:

We were in room at top of hotel and the stairs were very steep and difficult to use especially to get to the shared bathroom downstairs. Room was also small.

Sleepless nights in a room with no ventilation.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the central station, and has a process for people that will arrive late which works quite good. You get your key when there is no staff and a printed instruction sheet to get in your room.
The hotel was really clean, and I saw a place for cats which made me think maybe you can bring yours if you have to because during my stay there was no resident pet around.
Free coffee is available 24/7 and there are one pager flyer maps at the reception which guides you through the city you can take.

Cons:

My room (102) had no ventilation. The only available means of ventilation was this little fan which only worked when you turn on the lights of the shower/bathroom.
There was a window very high which I had no means of reach, so every day when I arrived I had to keep the door ajar for 30 minutes just to change the air in the room.
My second problem in the room was again this window which had no curtains. It was adjacent to the hall of the first floor where the light was on 24/7, coming inside the room all night and directly at my face at 2 am, 3 am, 4 am . I stayed there for 2 nights and zero sleep for 2 nights. You will see in the photos what I am talking about.
As a result, it was a really bad experience…

I also didn”t see in the one pager how I can connect to wifi, the gsm reception was quite awful in the room. Imagine you are not able to sleep, can’t connect to internet and the air keeps on becoming more stale by the minute….

旅館人員服務親切，一樓有免費的咖啡水果和飲用水，房間設計現代整潔。有一隻好可愛的貓貓！

Cons:

樓梯有點陡所以上下樓要小心一點，但可以請櫃檯服務人員幫忙搬行李下來。
