It was perfect
The fact that I had to pay tip every time I had break fast in the morning
We stayed at this hotel during a trip to disney, we usually stay on property - it isnt to terrible of drive but when your use to staying on property it is different. The hotel wasnt able to accommodate the suite that we originally booked but they gave us two rooms close to make the accommodations. We got the newly renevated rooms they were very nice. The pool area is very nice as well. The parking and the resort fees do add up though.
The rooms were very clean! The staff was very friend my and helpful. Kapil was an exceptional bar tender!

I’ve been coming to this hotel for 20+ years way back when it was the Sheraton Safari.
The front desk this time has been absolutely amazing, especially Angelica.
We were put in one of the newly renovated towers, and my daughter and I were so pleasantly amazed at how beautiful the rooms turned out.
Thank you to the managers also who are making our stay unforgettable.

The hotel is being updated, which is good. The whole Resort fee for daily charges to your room is unclear and no one who works there was able to explain exactly how it works. Bottom line $24/day with a $10 refund and a $12 voucher for a "free" appetizer seems at best a $22 value for $24 paid per day.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was cleaned and nice except no bathrobes, slippers and cup glasses. Parking garage lack of instructions on how to exit. housekeeping staffs are very friendly.

Det framgick inte vid bokningstillfället att hotellet till 50% håller på att renoveras. Vi fick också senarelägga ankomsten på grund av att vattnet i anläggningen var avstängt. Å andra sida hanterade personalen oss väldigt proffsigt.
We stayed for one night in February 2025 and were glad it was only one night. The hotel needs remodeling as the room was dark and dated and the air conditioning didn’t work. We were moved to a different room after waiting a long time. Management was slow to respond to concerns which is uncharacteristic for a Sheraton hotel. Its location in the Lake Buena Vista area is excellent although our room was noisy as it faced the busy street. Hopefully they will make necessary changes as this is a great location for vacationers.
