Nothing really.
Our room entrance was outside the main Sheraton building. It feel like we are staying in a motel rather than a Sheraton.
Had to pay $53/night extra on top of booking for daily parking and resort fee.
Place is trash . Waited over 1 1/2 hours for check , rude receptionist , door lock was broke and although unlocked we couldn’t get in the room. Above all the resort itself is pretty nasty. I’m sure it was nice in 1995 but it’s garbage now

Great new rooms! Pleasantly surprised to arrive at hotel and have a newly renovated room, staff was awesome - my new go to in Orlando!
To start, we got to the lobby at 4pm, which is check in time; unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue, but the front desk staff was fairly rude during the check-in process, almost refusing to answer our questions (we asked which building we were staying in so we could park appropriately, but instead, we were met with silence and no eye contact. Secondly, our room had no bedding for the pull-out couch. The kind man who brought up the new sheets and blanket had great customer service, though. Next, the pool area was fairly trash-laden and there were a number of kids and teens acting unsafe near the slide. For example, there was a group of 3 kids who kept climbing up the slide, and one was sitting at the very end and didn’t move so my 5 year old couldn’t enjoy it. Also, the cabanas were filled with trash (I assume from being blown in) but it appeared it hadn’t been picked up for some time. There was one staff working hard at picking up used towels and folding clean ones, but I think it would be beneficial if other staff would monitor the pool area more frequently to keep it clean and safe for all. On a good note, the room was nice and clean. Had we not been on the pool side, though, the stay would have been a quieter. It was pretty loud at times.
Nice
Rooms clearly were brand new, very clean, and spacious with large balconies. Great location near Disney Springs with a large pool area and outdoor bar. Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and lobby shop.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
The food was outstanding, with a great selection and excellent quality at every meal. My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax throughout my stay.
The hotel's location was also perfect a stone's throw to the Disney area, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area while still providing a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere while in the hotel. The hotel's pool is amazing!
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, excellent accommodations, and delicious food. I will definitely be returning and look forward to staying here again!
Had a very enjoyable stay at the recently renovated Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort. The team was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, and the property had a great resort atmosphere for being so close to the Disney area. Rooms were clean, pool area was relaxing, and the location made it very convenient to get around Orlando. You can tell the staff is working hard to improve the guest experience, and it showed during my visit. Looking forward to seeing the continued enhancements to the property and staying again in the future.

the staff was extremely rude and promised me a breakfast for free for my birthday and then was told the day of by management they aren’t doing that. then charged me twice on one card that i booked with yall and then they charged me on my other card i used for a incidental hold incase anything happened but they charged me for a whole stay again. anytime you asked a staff questions they were rude.
