Lovely spot
Pros:

amazing hotel, great location, brilliant staff. the room size was incredible and the breakfast downstairs is great, very good service!!!

Cons:

Funny story, we were in the room next to the singer 'Greeicy'. I dont know this person but my colombian partner knew her. Anyway the last night they were there (after 30 days) and we were leaving she was singing at the top of her voice the same song line over and over and over again, this was from about 11pm-midnight. Now, judging by the noise i heard (which was like a cat being strangled) i wont be listening to her spotify anytime soon. Yep, so I ended up banging on the wall to shut her up at midnight because I wanted to sleep.

Hotel is great, beef served in dishes not so
Pros:

Because I don't speak much Spanish, the staff worked hard to ensure that they understood me and worked well with me. The rooms themselves were quite comfortable and it was great being and such a historic part of town.

Cons:

I ordered food with beef. Although the dishes around the beef, like the mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables, we're good, the beef itself was terrible. It was filled with gristle, making it an edible. This applied not only to the filet mignon I ordered, which was not in fact a cut of filet mignon, but also to the beef found in the small savory pastries. I was charged $85,000 cop for this "filet mignon" dish and recommend that they remove all beef dishes until they can get another supplier.

Pros:

Desayuno y el personal del hotel

Cons:

No y me quejé en el hotel, altas horas de la noche empezó a salir agua por el aire acondicionado en alta cantidad y eso interrumpió nuestra tranquilidad y las cortinas no cerraban correctamente

Clásico hotel en una excelente zona de Cali.
Pros:

El equipo de personas, desde el hall acceso, restaurant y limpieza.

Cons:

Encontré una araña en la pieza y que igual logran entrar mosquitos a pieza.

Pros:

Ubicación en zona segura y con policia 24h. Todo estaba limpio y el personal super agradable!

Cons:

El gym no sirve y las habitaciones un poco anticuadas! En mi opinión les hace falta una actualización.
