Pros:

When you stay you should check with the front desk because they start cleaning the rooms early, if you have a sign they still intrude like knocking on the door, so when they do don't answer or you can tell them come back in an hour

I needed time alone
Pros:

location was very convenient for my visit purpose. The beach and conveneint store was walking distance, the restuarants were right next door or close enought to walk to.

Very good cost vs. benefit. Excellent location, close to the beach (5-10 min walk), restaurants, stores and to the bus stops. If we knew beforehand, we would have used the public transportation to get there, it is very convenient. The staff is very nice and helpful. The pool is very small, though, we used it only one day and it was the only part we didn’t like.

Good Location to bus line and shopping
Pros:

Location good close to hop on buses. Rooms missing normal stuff no coffee pot, no Microwave and no restaurant on site. Good room service . Oh also pool area very small only has a 3 and 4 1/2 ft. small jacuzzi more less for a child, other than that it's Ok.

Pros:

Great location, excellent value, and the staff (shout out Pam, Victor, Ken and Troy!) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and made for an overall pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The room and the bathroom we stayed at was small. We had two double bed instead of a king size bed, and we were on our honeymoon trip. I asked the front desk if they can give us a complimentary upgrade, but they didn't. So, we had to sleep on a double bed. The bed and pillows were very hard and super uncomfortable. The bathroom was really small. Hallway has a funky smell. If you want to microwave something or get some ice, you'll have to go to a different floor. The only good thing about this trip is the location and two free refillable water bottles they give.

Great stay
Pros:

This is a great hotel to stay at right in the heart of Waikiki. Great if you’re meeting a tour and the staff was so nice.
Very easy to catch a three dollar bus that takes you to Pearl Harbor and then you could go straight to the airport as well.
