Never back again.
Pros:

I won't stay again at Malia even higher quality of service. It was a terrible experience parking in such a narrow driveway.

lovely place for a solo traveler
Pros:

Location is excellent; walking distance to the beaches and restaurants in Waikiki. You can take a bus from airport that drops you off minutes away from it. They let you borrow beach towers, has free water refill station. The workers are very kind and helpful. Would stay again. There is self-serve laundry machines that take credit card.
The walls of the rooms are quite thin though so you can hear the people next door. On my last night there I can confirm their fire alarm works when another guest set it off and woke us all up haha..

Awesome location and a great place to stay over all.
Pros:

I only have a few minor concerns. The bath towels were somewhat small, which may be less comfortable for some guests. Additionally, the shower in our room was a bit low for my husband. We also noticed that there was no seating on the deck, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy that space.
Overall, we had a great stay and would gladly return in the future.

Great Location but noisy at night
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby, and it’s also easy to access public transportation like the subway. The hotel staff provide good service and are quite helpful.

However, the only downside is that the soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. Since there is a bar-like place downstairs, it can get quite noisy at night. The noise can be clearly heard in the room and may affect your sleep.

Note staying here again....
Pros:

Sorry but the 14th floor hotel room was severely dated and had hair still all over the bathroom, bed was not comfortable and sheets had holes in them. Door to room, had no security feature outside of the deadbolt. A/C vents cannot be adjusted and even us hardy Canadians from Manitoba were cold.....no extra blankets in the room to assist. We were all to happy to only have to stay one night before we moved on with our trip.

ケンというスタッフが酷すぎる。

日本人スタッフのケンの言う人が人を馬鹿にしたような口調で非常に非常に不愉快でした。姪が留学していて皆５件くらい、このホテルを勧められ宿泊しておりますが、皆ケンという人の事を最悪と言っていますので私だけではないと思います。
ジャンプーリンスも空でした。
四泊中清掃は一回で、清掃後も髪の毛など綺麗になっていなかったです。
コスパは悪くないとは思いましたが、他の部屋の音漏れも凄くうるさく、ポットを頼んでも1時間以上来ませんでした。
レンジの場所も分かりにくく大変でした。
せめてエレベーター前に置いて欲しいと思いました。
