הצוות היה נחמד מאד והשתדל לענות על בקשות.

Cons:

הריזורט פשוט לא דומה לתמונות, שהו מאד מטעות. החדר לא היה דומה בכלל לתמונות. שטיחים ישנים עם ריח ישן, החצר מלוכלכת ויש בה אתרי בניה. הבריכה לא נקייה. חדר האוכל הוא לא מה שרואים בתמונות. הוא חשוך, המפות על השולחנות מלאות כתמים. ארוחת הבוקר היתה בסיסית. החדר שלנו נוקה רק פעם אחת במשך שבוע. הטענה של המנקות היתה שהן לא נכנסות לחדר אם לא פותחים להן
נשאלת השאלה מה קורה אם אנחנו יצאנו לכל היום... מסתבר שלא מנקים. בכל יום היינו צריכים לבקש שיחליפו מגבות.

It could’ve been a better stay. It’s not a value for money.
Pros:

The property is in a quiet place with no disturbance. The ambience looks good.

Cons:

The hotel cancelled my booking due to pre- payment rule, where as it’s mentioned on booking.com as pay at property. I had to deal with a last minute cancellation. Booking.com customer care did nothing to resolve this. I had to book from Treebo website. The customer support was rude and said they’ll get back to me by 3 hrs, they never did. They also promised to find me another stay, they diddnt. About the hotel — The reception staffs were so unwelcoming. Their behaviour was so condescending towards me.
