Il resort non è particolarmente economico, il prezzo a notte è assolutamente accettabile, ma il costo del ristorante è più elevato rispetto alla media cambogiana, comunque si mangia sempre bene. Il Personale è molto gentile, c’è la possibilità di affittare i motorini, di chiamare il Taxi o il Tuk tuk per gli spostamenti, inoltre il resort mette gratuitamente a disposizione una palla e le canoe o i SUP. La stanza è molto carina, abbastanza essenziale ma c’è tutto l’indispensabile, il bagno è completamente all’aperto per cui deve piacere, secondo me l’ambientazione è molto bella essendo nella giungla però ovviamente possono esserci degli animali per cui non bisogna farsi impressionare. La spiaggia è bellissima, noi siamo andati in bassa stagione ed eravamo praticamente da soli per cui assolutamente un paradiso. La zona ovvero quella di pagoda Beach è molto tranquilla quindi tendenzialmente la consiglio rispetto alle altre, piuttosto se si vuole un po’ più di vita ci si sposta. Si è dalla parte opposta del tramonto, per cui per vederlo bisogna andare dall’altra parte dell’isola, cioè a Long beach.

The staff were very friendly throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the restaurant staff, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. They did an amazing job and really made our stay more enjoyable.
The location is fantastic and the beach is beautiful (in our opinion the most beautiful on the island).
The overall vibe of the hotel is incredible, with tasteful architecture and design that creates a very relaxing atmosphere.
The food was good (escpecially breakfast), and the drinks were excellent and reasonably priced.
The beach is open to everyone, not just hotel guests. As a result, there is quite a lot of wear and tear, and at times there were people on the beach who were loud, inconsiderate, and unfriendly. It might improve the experience if the hotel introduced a minimum spend to use the beach furniture, or reserved the loungers exclusively for hotel guests.
The rooms are nice, but there are a few small details that could be improved. The shower water pressure in our jungle room was very weak and temperature is not adjustable. We did not expect luxury, but a bit more than a few drops at a time would have been appreciated (one can not use the sink/toilet/ shower simultaneously).
In addition, the toilet does not have a door, which meant mosquitoes could easily gather in the toilet area at night.
We were also picked up around 35 minutes late from our ferry and had to wait in the midday heat. Again, this was not a major issue, but it is exactly these small details that make a big difference to the overall quality of the customer experience.
Everything! It was our second time at Tamu and once again we loved it so much! Tamu meets our idea of Luxury: Wild yet comfortable, natural yet elegant. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you Ann and the whole team for your hospitality !

Nous avons accès à l'autre hôtel situé à côté et bénéficier de l'accès à la piscine et la restauration.
Manque d'activités et d'animation , pas de musique d'ambiance.
La piscine est située à l'arrière de l'hôtel assez petite.
Les excursions proposées sont assez chères (sortie en mer avec bateau privatif), on nous dépose pour pêcher , une plage et c'est terminé, pas de repas , pas de collations ni de café ..le tout 5 h de temps alors qu'il y avait tellement d'endroit a explorer, je le déconseille fortement..
La nourriture n'est pas à la hauteur rapport qualité /prix

A bit of a trek from Phnom Penh but you can’t change that (anyway, it’s worth it).
Wow location, super beach and sea. Friendly staff and efficient boat trip to get there.
Quite expensive by Cambodia standards and rooms far from lavish and site was slightly tired. Food offerings not as good as expected.

Anna was amazing and looked after us so well . We will definitely return and we absolutely loved all the staff , so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Location good: Quiet beach. Resort set among natural forests. Not too big.
Nothing to dislike regarding the resort, however issues with the organised snorkelling trip booked through the hotel. Set up for divers and competent snorkelling, based on location of dive site we were added to. My partner is a novice snorkeler and found it challenging, due to inexperience and currents. When he got into difficulty we could not attract the boats attention as staff too busy either fishing or on their phones, despite saying they would watch out for us. When we eventually made it back, the crew who helped us on board did not understand either English or French to make ourselves understood. Please all looking to booking this know your limitations.

Many cobwebs. Many dry insects have been dead for a long time and no one cleans.
Dirty pool with many insects.
The stairs to access the rooms don't have enough lighting and I twisted my ankle.
To order food for those who are on the beach you have to walk to the reception for a RESORT doesn't make much sense. No one in the beach area to support when guests need it.
