It was a nice day. I wouldn't say it was great however it was nice and I might consider returning again.

90 percent of stuff except for what I described below. A commendation to Davina, Thalia, Talia, Ms. Manager and rest of the staff, specially Caridad and the rest of housekeeping

Cons:

No accessible entrance to the rooms available, not enough accessible rooms and just no help for the Front Desk representative at peak times not enough assistance for the persons with disabilities to carry luggage.

Cons:

Waited 2 hours to check in . The gentleman at the counter started had issues with the system. In those cases you have to prevent and staff was not helpful at all. Noise were up till 4 am . The wost place to stay with kids.

I paid for a room which I was not allowed to sleep in.
Pros:

I prepaid for my foom, arrived to checkin, my card declined and the hotel would take a cash deposit.

I eventually slept in myhl car.
