Cons:

Check-in was inefficient — during peak time, only one staff member was handling guests while another briefly appeared and left, causing delays.

The room (double Queen Beds Studio room) had very poor soundproofing, and the AC compressor inside the room was extremely loud, running all night. We couldn’t turn it off because we were traveling with young children, so it significantly affected our sleep.

The pool water was too cold, especially for small children — my 2 year old daughter was shivering. The hot tub also had strong chemicals, making it uncomfortable to keep eyes open.

It was a very pleasant stay except that the air conditioner didn’t work. Was a good stay though.
Pros:

I didn’t have time to eat breakfast but it is good to have that for the people coming in. The location is good.

Cons:

More parking spots available. I didn’t like that the air conditioner didn’t work when needed especially on a hot day.

Pros:

The breakfast was good, not wonderful, but fine enough. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Cons:

The heating system in the room was not very responsive or effective. The fan was very noisy, could not turn it off, and the room felt cold, even when we increased the temperature.
